As always work is done promptly also they will let you know if there is any other issues to your vehicle. They will fix anything with your ok first. I have been going to this location for a very long time and never have I had any bad reviews for them.

I had made an appointment online and it was confirmed when I arrived the lady who helped me could not find my appointment in the system. She told me they could still get it do.e for the day but I would be waiting for over a hour amd a half, needless to say my car was done within 35 minutes for a oil/filter change and a tire rotation that's, the service they provide does not go unseen and I will be using them again for future swrvices

Mr Jesus has now left a poor taste in my mouth because a major part was cut off of my vehicle and killed the engine. My catalytic converter was taken from my car and it now does not work.

Poor staffing, called yesterday 10/22/24 around noon, made an appointment for the next day at 9am So i get there, right before 9am I had my 5 year old daughter with me so i ask whats the ETA, they said "theres one vehicle in front of you so give it 30 min to an hour do you want to wait?" I could've waited there, (glad i didnt) so i told them no, so I walk with my daughter somewhere close to kill time. Went to iHop & had breakfast there We took our sweet time, since i was in no rush, (they said the'd call or text when the vehicle is ready) After about an hour or so, I noticed they still hadnt called. Either way, we started our way back to the shop, my daughter had to use the restroom so we stopped at taco bell, then we went to walgreens to kill more time. Then, we make it back to the shop nearly 2 hours later and i find my SUV exactly where i had parked it. On top of that, I noticed they were working on a different car, it wasn't the car that was in front of me when I left!!! Smh!!! Then I ask this lady at the front desk if my vehicle is ready and she went to find out. Turns out it hadn't even been looked at yet. So they pull it in and i ask this gentleman who i believe is the manager, older male, grey hair. Anyway, he said it can take up to an hour. At this point, I was not only disappointed, but pissed off because I had my daughter with me and they WASTED MY TIME!!!! He offered me $20 off for the inconvenience but I told him I appreciate the offer but we are talking about time here. So i decided to just take my vehicle and leave. This was my very first time at this location/any Big O Tire store and boy was it a huge disappointed. Not only that, the "manager" asked if I knew who I checked in with, then the guy came out to speak to me and made bunch or BS excuses. He even had the audacity to say I was a walk-in. That's when I raised my voice and said I HAD AN APPOINTMENT SIR!!! A 9am APPOINTMENT and its almost 11am and now you're telling me I have to wait till noon or maybe longer!!! Shame on them, never returning!!! Im sure I'm not the first disappointed customer and wont be the last. Dont go there people they suck!!!! 😡

What i liked is that they quoted me 55 bucks and that's what i paid! Could've charged me for a cabin filter but said mine is good for another 5 thousand miles.. Seems to be nice honest, professional people. Jeep runs great and I'll see em next time for sure... thank you!
