The team at big o tire are amazing the customer service how they respect their customers and straightforward with what they need on their repairs. A special thanks to Christian making me feel right at home. I would recommend the shop to anyone cause they care about their customers. Thanks you very much to Christian, Glenn, Hector. And the tech that was working on my car, Paco wonderful job so far I’ve taken three vehicles to them and wow!!!!!!!!

I needed 4 tires replace immediately and they were able to do it for me same day (with an unscheduled noonish dropoff) at a very reasonable price. Turns out my brakes needed to be done as well and it was all done by end of day! Can't thank them enough!!

Perfect customer from Christian oyola, was very helpful in getting my vehicle fix in a timely manner and would follow up with the process of my vehicle, which brought me peace of mind also get price for the repairs and was diligent in making sure I got the best deal. Amazing place to go when you need your vehicle checked!!! Got an awesome special "monsoon special " included an oil change, filter change, windshield wipers, battery check, ac check, belts, compressors, and hoses checked as well as the tires rotated!! All for just 49.99 :) Such a remarkable man I dealt with Christian Oyola!!! Quick to get my car finished in the time I needed patient with all the questions I had. Showed me the great work they did!!!! Highly recommended 👌

We were driving through Tucson headed to Phoenix from Sierra Vista our van was hopping really bad from the rear end Christian assured us that it was the tires and new tires would take care of our problem. We were in and out and on the road in 24 minutes. The van was driving as smooth as possible. Problem solved. Thank you very much Christian and the team members that help helped.

**Vehicle was damaged & no one mentioned it.** Someone scraped our vehicle against something white and no one mentioned it. It was not there when we left our vehicle! Original experience- Christian on 6th is a condescending rude little man who acknowledges that you have a coupon for a service but does NOT mention that he will NOT honor it because he’s an “independent owner”. When asked about the coupon he just stayed quiet as he stared because he did not mentioned that he will not accept it at the time of checking in. Enjoy your measly $60 win for a simple oil change because I will never take any of my vehicles to any of these establishments and I’ll make sure my family, friends & co-workers never bother with it either. It may not seem much but Christian O. lack of customer service and the way he handle this situation by withholding information about not honoring the coupon since we chose Synthetic and placing the blame on us about the type of oil (coupon mentions that synthetic is extra) which we were expecting to pay the difference but not expecting him to ignore the coupon entirely. Also, never received our courtesy check.

I highly recommend BIG O TIRES. I don't trust anyone else with my car/tires . Christian Oyola & Paco have gone above and beyond to help me. I have peace of mind that my family & I are safe with our tires. Years ago I went to a different tire shop in town , they sold me different size tires but didn't tell me. I was pretty upset when I found out. Then I started going to BIG O TIRES. I will not go anywhere else . They've always explained what I need . I've never had a problem. Thank you Christian and Paco you guys are amazing.

Today I went to the shop to change my tires, Christian Oyala greeted me with a smile and he is always giving great customer service. As a girl I think that it can be kind of discouraging going to these places by yourself but Christian Oyala and the workers there make it feel like such a safe place. Plus they always fix my car problems quick and fast!!!

Tenemos mas de 8 años realizando el cambio de aceite, llantas y otros servicios con ellos y siempre recibimos muy buena atencion, el personal es muy amable, normalmente nos atiende CHRISTIAN OYOLA. El local cuenta con sala de espera, el interior es muy helado. Siempre tienes la opcion de esperar o dejar tu carro durante el dia para ellos poder realizar un mejor trabajo ya que normalmente estan muy ocupados.
