We had a flat tire near the shop on our way to our Tahoe trip. I called Big O tires to see if they would be able to replace our tire at the shop immediately so we wouldn’t delay our arrival to Tahoe by too much. Brian was very helpful and was able to get us in and out, and back on our journey. Very grateful for the quick turnaround service and advice on tires that would work best for our car. Thank you!!

Big O Tires took great care of me and my car. It was Christmas Eve and I had a flat tire. I was immediately greeted by Brian who was friendly and professional. He made sure I got the care I needed and I was on my way in no time. Staff was great and provided quality service. Thank you!

Shout out to Brian at Big O Tires (Walnut Creek)! He was super helpful during the holidays when I had a nail puncture and needed immediate help. Got me back on the road with my spare in no time and had replacement tires available the next morning as promised. Great communication, friendly and all around excellent customer service!

The right front tire of my new Toyota acquired a screw in the tread in the late afternoon. The dealer wasn't able to get to it until the next day. I went across the street to Big O (Walnut Creek) and they fixed it in less than an hour. The staff were all very helpful & professional. I had a long, friendly conversation with the manager & didnt charge me for the service - a nice end to a frustrating day!

I came in after noticing a tire looked a bit worn on one side after having my concern verified I was able to quickly leave my car to have the work down and it was finished before lunch time! I was also told about my 12volt battery being low and after checking my records it had been just over 30 months on a 30 month battery (yuk) so now I can research best option for a new battery great work guys!

I keep coming back to Big O Tires in Walnut Creek because of the excellent service l get from Brian. Alway very polite and makes sure that every detail is attended to. He goes over all the work with detail and alway gives me his best price. He keeps me updated and the work has always been top quality leaving no stone unturned. Honest snd trustworthy. I wouldn’t go anywhere else .

By mistake I bought a set of tires from them. Now some 10k+ miles later I go in ask for tire rotation and balancing... something that was done poorly when the purchase was made. Upon my arrival Brian (I think) looked at my car and first thing he said was that I need a set (4 tires). He attempted to tell me I need an alignment... I just did an alignment 2 weeks before and also one two months prior that... He then told me that I need at least two tires.... I declined.... with only 10k miles I cannot justify it. Then, he did not want to do my balancing or the rotation. I also asked him to do the free alignment check that they have advertised on their site. Brian said that they will check it free but if alignment is needed I will have to pay the $160 for them to do it. (Which car doesn't need ANY adjustments?) This place is a WORTHLESS BUSINESS. They will lie and take advantage of their customers. BE AWARE.... read the other reviews from the other BigO Tire stores as well before they delete them. It was a very unpleasant experience for me. I willingly purchased my tires from them but I WILL NEVER AGAIN SHOP THIS PLACE. Their prices are higher then their competition anyways but because of their service, I will take my business to someone more honest. Now I am thinking of what kind of quality tires (Michelin) they sold me in the first place that were expected to fail after 10k miles.... (tires are in good shape, just the dishonest employee representing BigO was a disgrace). Apparently that is how they are trained.... THIS IS AN UPDATE TO ABOVE.... JUST REALIZED THEY DID NOT DO ANYTHING I ASKED FOR... ROTATION AND BALANCING. LEFT THE CAR WITH THEM FOR 2 HOURS AND DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WHILE THEY CLAIMED THEY DID. MOST DISHONEST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I GOT SCAMMED BUYING THE TIRES WITH WARRANTY (no way they will stand behind it if I needed), ROTATION AND BALANCING (refuse to do so the tires will get worn and must get replaced). I will contact their corporate headquarters on this, with low expectations... The authenticity of the reviews here is questionable... SHAME ON YOU!

I was very impressed with the service I received on a Saturday last month in Walnut Creek at Big O Tires. From the minute I walked in I was greeted and asked how they could help me. From the Manager Getty to Alex and Brian they all were extremely helpful !! They showed me where to sit in an air conditioned area which I appreciated. They kept me updated the whole time as to how the process was going ! I had new tires put on and an oil change. They let me know they had to replace a part and then let me know it was completed. They let me know where to get a great sandwich close by! I appreciate their attention to the customer keeping me updated the whole time ! I love my new tires !!

I was greeted by the very helpful and informative. Customer service represent Alex. They were able to fix my tire and give me feedback as to what was causing my slow leak within 90 minutes. There was also a café around the corner that I could sit at and work while I was waiting for the car to be finished. Overall, it was great experience

Had a flat and came after work in the evening. Brian was so accommodating and kind about taking on the last minute repair, fixed it so quickly, too! Great to know there is a place like this for when we’re in a bind. Would definitely recommend.

I was called and told that my car was ready for pick up. As soon as I get there they call me and said they made a mistake and hadn’t finished the alignment and it should be done in 20 min. I waited for 45 min and finally decided to ask about my car. They guy mumbles to me, didn’t really know what he was saying, but I assumed he said they were doing a few things still. I pay and he said they will give me the keys. I go outside and no one was trying to pull my car out. I asked that I didn’t get my key and I don’t see my car to another employee and he finally got them to pull my car out.

This shop and Brian are the greatest! I went in an hour before closing with a nail in my tire. Brian was super nice and he got my tire repaired really quickly, even though they were busy. Great customer service!
