I had a blow out in Lodi while driving from LA to Sacramento where I grew up. I asked them to double check the undershield and screw down /zip tie anything that was loose down there.. I had my car towed to this shop since it was 1 mile from my parents house. They told me it would be $170 which I agreed but I did decided to just change both front tires for $320 (I got a deal apparently..). Tire change went well but when they tried to fix the undershield they claimed there was nothing they can do.. so they backed the car out the ramp to and it ripped off the front bumper. They tried to fix it but there was nothing they could do. So they screwed the bumper to the frame? Wtf.. youI asked them to zip tie it so I can drive back to LA.. but they screwed it in? I would never approve this on my BMW. They wanted to get me outta there. Don't let them touch your car... They don't care!

Came in with a bad tire. Try to get it fixed, and they point out the WHY... so they put air on my tire, and I was on my way. Good customer service, very helpful acknowledgment.

This review is a couple of months late. This was my 3rd visit due to having 32" tires on my truck. I find these guys knowledgeable and professional. this last time my tires were shaky at 60mph. They did a wheel alignment at a resonable price and tire rotation for free. i've never felt like being taken advantage of. I highly recommend this place for your tire needs.

Best experience purchasing aftermarket wheels, very friendly able to see what the rims looked like before installation and they were very quick no more than 25-30 of wait time till I was able to drive off very pleased with that. Prices were some of the best I’ve seen around for some of the higher end brands

Change tires maybe ok but DO NOT install anything with here! Bad job on my truck! First pic is correct installed, 2nd picture was installed in the shop they installed the springs up side down. Well, when I saw it wrong then I told them to fix but they didn’t want to fix. Bad!

I came in for brake pad replacement (front and rear) and to replace my tires with the ones I purchased online. Service here was amazing! Ruby has excellent customer service skills, very professional and patient. My car was done in 1 hour.The price for service was better than any other business in the area. I have been working on cars all my life… this guy jose is on another level… he is master of none.. i will stay away from that business.. all inexperienced ppl… make you feel like u don’t know nothing.. alignment never been successful on any car i took… it’s not only the machine but person should know something too… i can align without a machine but with computerized machine they couldn’t do it… sorry i gave this business many chances.. i have the receipt to prove and the cars they couldn’t do it…

I just wanted to let people know that the customer service here is excellent. Jesus, provided thorough information about their services so, do not hesitate to come here. They provide services including axle replacements, suspension on top of wheel jobs. I’ve bought a set of tires from here and gotten two Free patches due to nails in the tires already. I will definitely buy another set from here when I need it.

Tire replacement was done less than 30 mins. Price quote for 2 tires so much affordable than Big O and American Tire. Would recommended. 5-star.

Went here with a tmps light on sensor was good just needed programming took them 30 to 45 min i was out they were not sure it was fixed went down the street it went off and hasnt come back on

Worse spot ever. Avoid this at all cost. Not worth it. Took my car to get an alignment because it was pulling to the right since I had to change the wheel bearings. Once they finish I asked how my alignment was and they didn't want to tell me until I paid. Once I paid I saw they didn't fix one side . So I asked and the office guy made an excuse "they tried the best they can". You can tell he made that up because at no time did any tech tell him. It took 4 techs to do my alignment and still couldn't do it right. Then as one of the tech guys was reversing it he stopped to go forward and he pushed the gear to 1st without pressing the clutch!!! Me and other customers heared this. I was mad. As I drove off my car would pull to the left and my first gear started to pop out which never did before. I had my clutch replaced and trany checked by Ford dealership before I even took it for an alignment. I ended up taking my car to Ford dealer ship to get my transmission checked and alignment done. They told me they grinding my 1st gear very bad. That they forced it to first without pressing the clutch. Right now I'm working on a law suit against them. They even tried to drive another customers car without removing the E brake. Worse experience and techs ever . I regret going there. I went there Jan 24. 2010 mustang gt. I still even have the paper where it shows the right side in red still.

ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE BUSINESS I WISH THERE WAS A ZERO STAR RATING BUT UNFORTUNATELY THERE ISNT. JESUS IS A DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEE WHO IS SO FULL OF HIMSELF AND I GUESS OUT OF THE MANY WHEEL ALIGNMENTS HE HAS DONE HE CAN NEVER GUARANTEE HIS WORK! JESUS HAS SUCH A TERRIBLE CHARACTER!!

Today i walked into to get a wheel alignment and jesus was being rude and saying he did not have any time at 1:30 in which i understood so i decided to schedule appointment which led to jesus completely deciding he will not touch my car and that i was not welcome there simply because of my last name which i bellieved to be outrageous! If he had any issues with a relative of mine that is between them, he had no reason to be disrespctful to me when i had no clue to the incident.
