We would like to share the level of unprofessionalism the level of unreliability, the level of inadequate work, the level of deceit from the business owner, the “bait and switch “that the owner of this business does. He has had our vehicle for a year and four months do not let me repeat do not trust anything that this business tells you they will do. Do not trust the business owner he will tell you one thing and complete something totally different than what you agreed on. He will basically hold your car for ransom for something you did not agree on .

Car sit outside for over 2 weeks and didn’t even get looked at. Then tried to charge me $150 for nothing and got attitude when i asked what they did to earn the $150. Never would I recommend this shop.

Returned for a rebuild on my 2008 ss impala and again wayne got me right no issues and recommended a light upgrade that woke that 5.3 up.

I highly HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bilbrey Auto & Trans. Inc. They replaced my 1999 E320 Mercedes Benz transmission for me and my car is back and running like a champ! Darrell worked with me and let me know exactly what was going on and did an outstanding job repairing my car. Ladies, if you are looking for someone to work on your car...take it to them. Get your car fixed right the first time! Honest people with A great family owned business for over 20 years...plus I love the cat in the office! Too cute!

They are the most unprofessional business in town. My friend had a vehicle transmission replaced which took several weeks then when it went out after a couple months they tried to blame the owner and ended up having the vehicle for over a month before admitting they made a mistake which is the reason the vehicle was not repaired sooner. This left a single mother without a vehicle and no help from them when it was their fault. They stopped taking her calls and avoided her instead of being open and upfront on the issues with the vehicle. I would never utilize their service and will make sure no one I know does either.
