I paid half of the deductible to get the parts in so I would not have to be out of my truck long. They told me when the parts would be in and I dropped it off afterwards few days later. It’s been over 3 weeks and I STILL do not have my truck. It’s been “in calibration” for well over a week and half. They will not call and update you on your vehicle you have to call up there everyday and they hardly answer the phones on the first try. You have to call multiple times. Every time I call it gets pushed back at least a day. I will never bring another vehicle here.

Buying my car at Bill Knight was a wonderful experience, so I thought that I would have the same experience with Bill Knight Collision. I was dead wrong! Worst customer experience of my life (with no exaggeration!). I was quoted a 10-12 day turnaround. They had my car for 6+ weeks. When I reached out, I was provided excuse after excuse. They claimed that insurance owed them money. Called insurance and my claims were closed and money received. Then I was told one of the checks was made out to the incorrect recipient. This was false. I had screen shots of the insurance payments. When I brought this to their attention, I was then told that the insurance check was accidentally shredded. Called and asked for the manager and he told me that one of my claims didn’t exist (again, I had proof that a direct deposit was made for this claim!). I demanded my car back after 6 weeks and still need a claim to be taken care of. A headlight that worked before taking it in now doesn’t work. I learned a hard lesson. Go with companies that your insurance recommends. I guarantee you that Bill Knight Collision off 97th & Memorial isn’t one of them!

I had a great experience with Bill Knight, they were very efficient, polite, and got my car fixed faster than I expected — even during the holidays. They also made the drop off and pick up really easy, even though I didn’t have another person with me at the time to deal with a rental car. They called the rental company for me which saved me the logistic worry. I’d definitely recommend their business!

Very poor communication, poor customer service in the repair department, worst experience I’ve ever had during an insurance claim. Did not follow routine protocol. Literally got a VM that said “The insurance decided not to pursue your claim anymore, they said they mailed you a letter. So we need you make arrangements to come pick up your vehicle.” (That was not drivable) The vehicle had not even been fully inspected. Partial damages were my fault, and in a routine case these charges would be deducted from the total cost of repairs. The vehicle was not even repaired because the facility would not even start repairs until those charges were paid upfront. The insurance could not inspect for additional damages until those repairs were made. Meanwhile a whole month passed, my rental ran out and the whole time I thought my car was being repaired, it was just sitting there. Claim free for 10yrs, hit a pot hole and went through a living nightmare. 1/10. Would not recommend.

Everyone was professional and friendly. Wendy took charge from the very beginning. She knows her business and how to treat people. She’s meticulous and kept me updated each step of the journey. Wendy gave me opportunities to ask questions. The repairs were done in a timely manner. They went above and beyond. I will definitely use Bill Knight Collision-Garnett if I need a repair shop.

They received the automobile after after the collision, they promptly contacted the insurance agent. Contacted me to do a walk around to make sure all damages were noted. After vehicle considered a total loss, contacted me to get personal items from vehicle. Very pleasant to work with.

Extreme lack of communication with car owners when their vehicle is in for repair. Extreme lack of knowledge by staff when a question is attempted to be answered. Extreme lack of knowledge where parts are when they are in transit. Extreme lack of cleanliness when a vehicle is being repaired. I had to spend a whole 2 hours completely detailing my car of metal shavings when the repair was completed. Had to take my vehicle back so they could remove adhesives from the outside of the car after repairs were made. Scratched my car during repair and did not bother to repair them. Still waiting to hear back from Bill Knight that two parts have arrived to be placed on the vehicle AFTER all repairs were made, but I doubt that they even ordered those parts. I definitely do not recommend Bill Knight Collision Repair for ANY work in the future.

I’ve called for two days to ask about my car which is currently in the shop. The first time they answered my call this morning the woman on the line, Amber I believe, said I was too staticky and hung up. Then each time I call back I can hear her pick up the receiver and then promptly hang up the call. If you want a shop that communicates with you about the status of your car go somewhere else.

As crazy as it sounds I fought my insurance company so I could use this collision center. I just felt like I should take my Bill Knight vehicle to Bill Knight Collision. I know.....stupid thinking and I agree. They quoted fixing my bumper and I said yes, then they came back and wanted to raise the price. I said no so they agreed to original price. Main reason for visit was to fix dent on door. That did get fixed. I drove vehicle home and next day was standing next to it and noticed entire roof was pushed in like an overhead door hit it. Not a single scratch though. Weird. I spoke to rep on phone, took vehicle back to them, was told they could look at security cameras and figure it out. This will be a shocker to everyone.....was never called. I had to harass rep until he finally said "no video". No more help was given. I still remind myself that I fought to go here..........

Great service! Nikki provided great customer service. She kept me updated on the progress of my F250 and worked with insurance to make sure everything was repaired that they overlooked. I will keep my business with Bill Knight because of her.

Niki should not be an advisor or should atleast do some serious training yesterday. Incredibly unprofessional, doesn’t properly address me in a email and wasted an hour of my time the week before bringing my vehicle in and had it for two days to do nothing to it. Sent me an email (attached) asking me how I’d like to proceed and then telling me there is nothing they can do for any of the hail damage and I should file a claim and to come get the car. I didn’t ask who can do it cheaper, at this point I didn’t want to use more time to take it somewhere else for a couple of big spots. Got a quote from another place who was happy to fix my main concerns. We were told by the manager that he didn’t know why I was here an hour the prior week because a quote doesn’t take that long. I asked for the big dents to be taken care of and they wouldn’t even do that. Main take away is always, always get your quote on paper!

I previously gave this place 5 stars… 5 years later it is under new management and the service sucks…. They tried to return my car twice and it is still not fixed. The old management stood behind their repairs for lifetime. This place is for a few months. Just don’t go here !!!! I would give it zero stars but that is not an option.

Our jeep was sent here in September of 2023, we finally get the call to pick it up at the end of January 2024. Start up the jeep and every light on the dash was on, backed up and there was a giant oil leak. Bill Knight said it was from the freeze over the weekend, they sent it to Chris Nickel to get fixed. Picked it up from Chris Nickel and the oil leak is fixed but the check engine light is still on, the jeep shifts hard, the AC doesn't work, and numerous other issues.. we have been trying to get ahold of Bill Knight since the day we picked it up and no one will talk to us. The manager has yet to call us back and it's been a week.. It seems no one that works here communicates or knows what's going on.. would not recommend. Update. Got it back to Bill Knight early March, and they had to again send it to Chris Nickel to be repaired. Everytime we call to check on the progress, no one answers the phone or has any updates on when it will be finished. Here we are the middle of April with no vehicle. This has been the most frustrating experience of my life.

ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE. Unbelievably terrible. This place had my car for six months and gave me excise after excuse as to why it wasn’t ready….under new mgmt, credit cards taken away, parts on back order, just all so ridiculous. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Edit from review below as of 12/13/23 Edit: From 2 stars to 4 I promptly received follow up from Tyler at Bill Knight Collision and was given the option to bring my vehicle in as soon as I was available to. Tyler was understanding to the situation, professional, and helpful. I brought my car in within a week and my issue was resolved immediately. I also was encouraged to contact him personally if any other issues were to arise. 12/08/23 I was referred to Bill Knight Collision repair in June through state farm after a wreck that caused over $5000 worth of damage to my vehicle. I got my car in 06/21/23 and repairs were completed in about a month which was great b/c it was estimated to be longer. I also received regular communication from them providing updates throughout the entire process. However, just a couple months after having my car repaired, the headlight replaced by them went out. It is a single piece that alone cost $1000 for the part so taking care of it myself is out of the question. I have called for months and had to leave voicemails but not once have I received a returned call. I finally got a hold of someone over a month ago and was told a supervisor would be reaching out to me. But of course nobody has called. Repairs were done in a timely manner originally, but good luck getting a hold of someone once they have your money.

I wish I could give zero, or better yet, negative stars. Bill Knight screwed us. They were recommended by insurance after my wife wrecked her car. We were like "Ok sure, deductible is only $1000, we can eat that." The only thing this dirty company contacted us about was paperwork to even touch the car. They looked over it, and the estimate was SUPPOSEDLY more than the car is worth. That part I definitely call bulls### on because no it most certainly was not. That's a whole different topic. They made ZERO contact with us after making this determination, and now we're screwed out of a vehicle that we need. Don't go here if insurance recommends it because this place will screw you out of a vehicle, and in this economy it's not easy to get a new one. I hope Bill Knight Collision goes out of business because they don't deserve to exist. ***** UPDATE: Today we cleaned out my wife's car. The frame damage that they said the car had DIDN'T EVEN EXIST!!! The A-arm was broke! It was COMPLETELY fixable back to excellent condition. This place is a scam if insurance is involved. They don't deserve to be in business; these people all deserve to be unemployed, homeless, and penniless. I truly hope and pray that this place goes completely out of business. ***** UPDATE: DEFINITELY do NOT bring your vehicle here if you want it fixed because they will work with your insurance company to screw you out of a vehicle. Considering how dirty they do people, don't even bring it here if you're paying out of pocket. There are plenty of body shops who do the same quality work at a much better price. Some that do even better work. The people who work here are pure evil and only care about getting money at your expense.

Stay away from these guys, they did a poor job on my Nissan repairs, the bumper was falling apart from day one and had so much big panel gap and the wheel fender came apart which was all replaced by them during the earlier repairs, if you ask them to fix it they give a new estimate to replace again shame on this autoshop.

Terrible service from beginning to end. I took my truck in for repair on the front right wheel, completely snapped my control arm off and needed a pretty extensive repair ($17k+). Here is the list of issues I went through: 1) They had my truck three months. When I came for pick-up the truck was pulled up and it was quickly noticed my license plate was stolen (they had intake pictures with my license plate), in addition to that, all of the parts they took off my truck for the repair the threw in the bed and left for me to dispose of myself, including all the break dust that stained the bed. 2) 30 days into having my vehicle back the rain started up. I noticed my vehicle was driving extremely weird, almost like my truck was fishtailing. I took it to a tire shop to check my tires and they showed me the report of how my vehicle was balanced and every single part of it was messed up, including them informing me my vehicle isn't "straight" anymore, the bed of the truck of off centered. Because my tires weren't rebalanced after they rebuilt the control arm, it caused two of my tires to get completely destroyed (costing me an additional $800) 3) They failed to reinstall the running board on the passenger side of my vehicle. Claiming the technician just forgot. Highly recommend trying a different repair shop or you might get the same service I received.
