The staff asks you to give them a 5 star review that's why you see so many. They ask you mid paperwork to do this as a favor to them. This is the reason the reviews are high. The company can and will put you in a car, however they don't care if that puts you upside-down for the value. Be cautious.

If I can give this car lot ZERO stars I would. We had purchased a vehicle and it had ongoing issues and we were promised that the truck would go to the Mechanic shop to be fixed. The truck was in the shop for over a week. Not even 2 days later after we picked up the truck we were back at the dealership because the issues the vehicle had were not fixed. They did not want to fix the truck. Tim was very unprofessional and was really rude. He told us if he would write us a check in hopes we would go away and not complain about the ongoing issues the truck had. It wasn't about the money, we wanted the truck fixed. When you're paying over 50k for a car, you want it top shape. Then the shift manager Armando was also very unprofessional. He was yelling and cursing at us. The entire time we were explaining our concerns he was on his phone on Facebook and TikTok.. he was not listening to us. WE ended up terminating the car loan contract and returned the vehicle back to the dealership. 2 weeks later we ended up buying a brand new 2024 truck at a different dealership and they gave us a better deal because we had explained to them what happened to us at Bill Luke Marana. Avoid this place at all costs.

I drove 14 hours round trip from CA to Arizona to visit this dealer and I have to tell you they are outstanding. I have to say Tim, Chris and Isaiah did a great job helping me with a tough situation. I would recommend you buy your car here. This dealer provides great prices, vehicles and customer service. I even got a bonus free Coke thanks to Chris. I can tell you if you see a negative review that is someone who didn't give the dealer a chance to make it right, I found they will try their best and they did it for me.

I was impressed with the level of customer service I received from Charlie Varnell. They had the truck I was interested in ready and waiting for test drive before I got there, offered my family and I drinks and answered all of my questions. Charlie was fast paced, responsive to text and didn’t apply pressure. He was honest about what he could or couldn’t do and really made me confident choosing Bill Luke. Also, Isiah Ramirez made the finance process quick and easy and fought to get me the best rate possible. If you want a smoking deal and great service go here.

Prior to arriving at the dealership I'd been in contact the acquisition specialist Tina Barnes via text interested in my vehicle. I have to say this was the most hassle free interaction I'd experienced trying to sell a vehicle. Once I arrived to see about making a deal I was greeted by Gildardo Gamez and he introduced Tina and I then took proceeded to make me feel comfortable and unpressured with any dealings. He solidified the offer Tina made to me prior to my bringing the vehicle in and I was on my way in under an hour payment in hand.
