Horrible customer service. The people that worked there were curt and rude. When asked questions they gave very little response. Defiantly would not recommend going to them for any service on vehicles.

Waiting 16 months for an airbag recall repair is unacceptable, I had to call a dealership an hour away who stocked the parts and got me taken care of in 3 days. Gave up waiting on you, who acted like the part was unavailable and gave no follow-up on the delays, when this part is available for replacement. It's like you don't want to do the repairs, of a deadly Takata airbag recall.

We are so thankful for Alex at Billion Chevrolet. We were traveling across the country and broke down in Sioux Falls on a Sunday (of course). We got to Chevy at 7:30 on Monday and Alex got us right in, understanding our tough situation. He was helpful and patient with us. We are also so thankful for Lee Johnson the technician for not giving up as he continued to work all day on our stubborn truck. We may have been there all day, but we finally got on our way and eventually made it home. Thank you to those two at Billion Chevrolet for helping us get home!

Big company, apparently, doesn't care about helping consumers. Called trying to make an appointment at any of their locations to work on a diesel truck. I needed to have it towed there and couldn't get an answer on as to which location or when they would ever work on it. No hold constantly or hung up on with no answers.

Got an oil change and alignment. They also looked at my blower fan motor for A/C and heat. Not a huge deal but I didn’t get an oil change sticker to tell me when I needed my next oil change. They also didn’t reset the mileage on the dash so I guess I’ll just have to keep track myself which Is kinda annoying. They had to remove items from the glove box to get to the fan and didn’t put everything back in my glove box when they were done. Other then that everything else went good and was actually surprised it was only $200

I had went to Webster to go hunting for the weekend and had my daughter (16 yrs old) take her car in for an oil change. She called me in tears because they told her she now has an oil leak and needs to take it somewhere immediately to have it fixed on her own. She did NOT have an oil leak before (no oil in the driveway or garage). I called them after she called me and the manager was out but was supposed to call me first thing Saturday morning. Didn’t happen. I thought maybe because of the weekend and instructed my daughter not to drive her vehicle. They never called so I called 4 times on Monday morning and still can get no answers or get in touch with anyone other than the dang call center. I would not recommend
