Cant say enough good things about the service and quality of the job done ! This was expected to take approximately two weeks and they knocked out in four days . Wow ! From filing claim ,paper work and getting the the job done ,perfect. Service was smooth ,friendly,professional and courteous. Will continue to bring back my vehicles if I ever have and would definitely prefer anyone to these people. Again , Thank You to all those in the office and most importantly the people in the shop for such and outstanding job ! This is what true service is about .

Don't take your vehicle here!!! I can't begin to explain how horrible an experience we had here when bringing in our vehicle. All carpeting was to be replaced and only some was done so we had to bring it back in numerous times. In the end when they said it was all done, you could tell the job wasn't done right underneath the carpet and there was garbage left on top. They were terrible working with our Insurance and probably the worst customer service I have ever seen. Don't trust them with your vehicle!!

Terrible time management and communication. Every time I have come to this location I’m told my service will only take 30 minutes. Last time it took two hours and today it took an hour and a half. While I was in the waiting room they started up an old vehicle that was also in the waiting room, causing the room to be filled with exhaust. It’s unfortunate for me that this is the only location in town that provides Valpro sealant, which is an ongoing service that I paid for upfront when leasing my vehicle. I assume the service was done correctly, however it’s not worth the time, unless you are able to drop your vehicle off and pick it up later. I do not recommend this location unless you have plenty of time to spare, or you have no other choice, similar to my situation.

They contacted my husband and I so we talked with a sales person he asked us some questions told me he’d call me back the next day, never received a call, so I called left a message, I got a text message back saying he’d get back to me the next day. It’s been a week and I haven’t heard anything back - why reach out to us when you don’t want to help? Wasted our time and got our hopes up.

Took my SUV in for detailing and am so frustrated. Wax residue all over the plastic parts which leaves a white stain. All the windows and windshield had dried water that wasn't wiped which made it awful to see against the sun. But the worst of all, they jacked up the paint on the hood. So many long lines of paint scratches that were either caused by a dirty wash rag or a dirty dry rag. Tried to do a one a step paint correction myself, but whatever wax they put on, wont let me through. Now I have to strip the wax and paint correct it myself. If it weren't for a gift card I had, I would've have never known that this was far from a car detail but rather an expensive car wash. Take your money elsewhere!
