A thorough diagnostic test was completed on the car when I took it in. After the test, I was presented with a list of needs/concerns. We decided on what was most needed and the work was done in a timely fashion. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful.

This place is great! And a special shout out to Brian for being such a pro and helping me out in a pinch. They were able to squeeze me in to take care of a port issue I was having and needed the job done quickly. 10/10 service, price, and results.

I found this fantastic shop after I had a terrible experience working with a different mechanic. Chris is so honest and kind. All of the staff have made me feel welcomed and heard. I trust them to do the right thing. I'm so grateful to have found this place and I will only bring my vehicles here from here on.

Took my car to another shop to have it fixed and they didn't fix it and still charged me. Bill crestmoor got me right in diagnosis the problem and got right on it. Kept in touch with me threw the whole process. Fixed my problems and still payed a reasonable price. Now my car runs a lot better. All around great staff. Don't know everyone name ,but thank you!!!

The work is not cheap, but the entire staff is very profession, kind and is knowledgeable. I think they have gained a new regular client!

My son and I had our International Scout towed to Bill’s after another shop failed miserably and tried to take advantage of us. Tried to charge me around 350 for a battery. 150 for the actual battery and the rest for labor! They told me for my car it takes 30mintues to install the battery.. I can install a battery in less than 5mintues!

recently had my jaguar here for service for the engine overheating they diagnosed it at first couldn't figure the problem i let them keep it over night an they was able to see that thermostat housing assembly needed to be replaced N was able to switch out for me the next day and ensured it was no longer overheating soon i will have it back there for a cold air intake

Took my 66 Mustang to Bill's to have the crate engine that was installed into it, started for the first time. They did a complete check on the car identified things that need attention and then proceeded with getting it running. They also installed a new exhaust system from the headers back. The car was towed in, and I was able to drive it home when they were done. Very happy with their service.

I pass by Bill's Crestmoor Automotive frequently when I go walking, and I often see a classic car in their parking lot. I have a 66 Mustang, so I thought I would give them a try. I just needed the oil changed, but they also did a complimentary inspection on the car to let me know what other work it needs. I really appreciated that. The car was ready when they said it would be and the cost matched the estimate. They were friendly and professional. I will definitely go there again!

I took my car in and paid a $200 fee for a diagnostic on my infotainment center glitching out intermittently. When I met with the tech he told me he spent a total of 20 mins diagnosing the issue and all he told me was how to turn the radio off and on. What a joke. Save your money and go elsewhere.

First time going to this business and was impressed with professionalism of service. Just bought a used Lexus NX Hybrid and had never had to service it before. Looking at reviews, this business was under 3 miles from my house and had great reviews. I believe they are warranted and will bring my Lexus back to them again.
