Came in with my 328xi spoke to Alex over the phone how the vehicle wasn’t running for a while let them give the vehicle a diagnostic Alex then proceeded to tell me how the car needed solonieds and a catalytic converter and was 95% sure that was making the vehicle misfire bought the parts weeks go by and not once did Alex reach out afterwards I was the one always trying to reach out and get updates on the vehicle then after tells me the car needs a new engine and was suppose to give me prices and it’s been a month since that conversation and the car has been in the shop since may and now is November

Alex and his team are the best. I will not take my Mini CooperS anywhere else for service. I am so grateful for this team, the time they take to explain exactly the work that needs to be done and then provide excellent service. My Cooper, G-Money has about 117,000 miles on him. Alex keeps him running like new, like the ultimate driving machine it was built to be. Nope, no reason to go all the way to Schaumburg, the closest Mini Dealer to South Side of Chicago. If you have a BMW product, go no further than Bimmer Car Care. You can thank me later!

Receptionist sucks doesn't answer or handle calls professionally never got an appointment just kept telling me to go online so I went online filled out info called bk she act like she couldn't speak English

This is a great place to get your BMW serviced and maintained, the staff is very professional. The mechanic had my car in and out in a timely fashion, I would definitely be returning for any maintenance issues.

I thought no shop could ever fix my sunroof until bimmer car care took care of my 6 series. They were able to find the glass install it and fix the headliner. Amazing service and very professional.

As a new BMW owner, I was looking for a place I could trust, and I'm confident I found it in Bimmer. Freddy was professional, friendly, and upfront. It was easy to make an appointment, and communication about my car was clear and fast. They were honest about what my car needed (and what could wait) and did not apply pressure to do the work -- many mechanics will make you feel anxious/afraid just so you'll say yes to everything they bring up; not the case here. Work on BMWs generally is not cheap, but Bimmer has their prices posted at the front desk, which I appreciated. Will be coming back here for future service.

I love my BMW and I don’t trust just anyone with the maintenance and service of my car. I am so happy I found Bimmer Car Care. I always get an appointment when I need one and the guys are super courteous and friendly. I never feel skeptical about the pricing and feel it’s fair compared to the costly maintenance at a BMW dealership. I’ve made an investment with my BMW and I want to take care of this investment. These guys are a lifesaver! You’ve got a customer for life.

Really great guys all around and straightforward as can be. Unfortunately my car had serious issues, the dealer had already let me know and these guys confirmed it but would have done the work for half the price, BUT these guys let me know that even if they did do the work there was a serious risk that the car would have more serious issues afterwards, something the dealer was keen to leave out, and they were kind enough to let me take some time to consider my options and leave the car in their hands while I found a buyer. Highly recommend
