I recently had an exceptional experience with Alex, my mechanic from Bimmer Tech, and I can't recommend him highly enough. As a woman with limited knowledge about cars, I’ve always been wary of mechanics, but Alex and the team have completely changed my perspective. Alex's expertise is unmatched; he came to my place to fix my car, stayed late until 9 PM, and had it ready the very same day. His honesty and reliability are a dream come true for someone like me who values trustworthiness. The "battery discharging while stopped" notification came on in my 2016 BMW i3, so I knew it was a matter of time before the car wouldn't start or charge. I wanted to avoid taking the car to the dealer, so I contacted Bimmer Tech. Max replaced the 12v battery after running a series of tests to ensure the big battery was not the problem. He was methodical and thorough, even asking me to plug into one of the apartment garage chargers so he could check that the battery was charging at the appropriate amps and voltage. I would give Max and Bimmer Tech 100 stars if I could! Great service and very nice people too!

As a proud new owner of a late model BMW 3 Series, I ran into the same issue that most people will experience, once the car goes out of warranty. I had a coolant leak that just started so I contacted Bimmertech, after having received multiple quotes on the oil filter housing & hose replacement. Bimmertech’s pricing was the most competitive, I opted to buy my own parts as I felt the aluminum housing would be a better option over the OEM plastic. Max was great. The job took about 4 hours as I had to run to grab more coolant. Once he was done he explained in detail about what he did and gave instructions on resetting the oil pressure & how to top off the oil & coolant. After the repair, my car is back in business and driving even better than ever. They will drive right to your house to get the repair done! I would definitely recommend!

As the owner of an older 535i, I was quoted outrageous prices by other mechanics who seemed more interested in profiting from my situation than providing genuine service. This crew is amazing! I have used them twice on big mod projects on my 2013 bmw m3. Both times Alex and his team go beyond delivering an amazing product and service. I used to use traditional shops before, but I just can’t find it in me to trust them with my car. Alex and his team go above and beyond to make sure everything they maintain and install on the car is up to spec and most importantly, up to their high level spec. I believe Alex used to work on race cars back home and that’s what intrigued me to keep using their service. His experience really shows when he’s done with your vehicle. I’m going to keep using Bimmer Tech Mobile and his crew. I wouldn’t have it any other way!

Amazing communication start to finish. I found them via Google and decided to use their service as my x1 was hesitating to start and it also needed an oil change. The crew arrived exactly at the time we agreed and the car ran better than it ever did. Would definitely recommend them and will be using their service again.

I 100% recommend Bimmer Tech to everyone. Recently my Cars Coolant tank and hose got ruined and my car wasn’t drivable. I was super stressed and didn’t know where to turn. I went to Pepboys and they quoted me $1,900. That was way too much and over my budget. I then turned to Google and found Bimmer Tech pro who saved my life! I was able to text Tony about my issues and within an hour he was able to let me know what I needed done, what parts I needed and how much it would cost. It was wayyyyyyyy more affordable than what Pepboys quoted me! My car has been running perfectly fine ever since. The best part is they come to youuuu!! Thank you Bimmer Tech for the help!

I enjoyed the convenience of a knowledgeable person coming to me and fixing the the car. I liked that they run the system to check for errors to make sure that it is fixed, and the cheaper price. What I took a start off for was the payment after the service, it was agree upon prior to the work however the person had to just rely on my honesty to complete the payment. There was no additional follow-up after that until a month later. Will be recommending them and using them in the future as well.

The best BIMMER technicians you can find. Max is a genius! I tried other online auto shops for assistance and none were able to solve the puzzle. It took Max a few minutes to figure it out. My car is like brand new . If your BMW needs repair dont waste your time with other places. Call these guys asap!

What a wonderful and painless experience. I’d neglected my ‘89 325i for a couple years and it needed a master and slave cylinder. Alex was competent, friendly, and asked all of my stupid questions:) I will definitely be using them again!

This review is long overdue- Alex and his team of techs, specifically Viktor, are simply god sent (although all of his techs are incredible). Alex always responds right away, communicates effectively, helps beyond his scope of service, provides the best service at a very reasonable price, comes to your home, and above all, they are all trustworthy/transparent and competent. We’ve never had issues and our bmw is driving smoothly each time it is serviced. I’ve only worked with Alex since moving to Los Angeles on my BMW, and I don’t plan on taking my car elsewhere. Especially as a woman, it’s even more vital to ensure you’re working with professional techs who are respectful and make you feel comfortable in their presence, as well as remain honest in their work. What would we do without you guys?! Thank you so much for giving us peace of mind.

This is the best place to take your BMW for repairs. Mine wouldn’t start so instead of having to take a tow truck to the shop, Max the repair tech came to my house and worked in the RAIN to replace my battery. He went out and bought the right battery and did the repair super quickly. They are so nice here and super professional, incredible prices especially compared to the BMW dealership - I saved hundreds of $$$ with them and would recommend to anyone

I was confronted by a situation where my car battery suddenly ran out. I happened to see some guys chatting, and I knew it was rude but I called for team’s help. They were so kind, but they helped me with the expert's point of view, and they even check the battery status and gave me a business card at the last minute (I don’t know they are mechanic!) to contact if I needed any further help. I have no doubt that they are honest and professional technicians. (They even kindly help and consult strangers) Thank you so much again for helping the stranger on the street!!

Very happy with the mobile service performed on my BMW’s replacement brake pads, brake fluid & oil change. Hassle free since I didn’t have to go to a dealer and wait around. Mechanic also showed me all the replacement parts.

Alex and Vik are great guys! Found this company to install some brakes and rotors for me and was impressed with how quick and easy they made it. Then my moms transmission solenoids went out about a week later and they handled it for her with ease! If you own a BMW these are the guys to call!

As a female driver, I was worried about being hustled for repair prices for my 2012 X6, so going to the dealer was a no no. I started searching for a BMW mechanic when I stumbled across Bimmer Tech. I nervously called and spoke with Alex, who sent his mobile BMW experts to my house the next day. Alex was nice, knowledgeable and very very honest with me about my repairs. His pricing was fair (verified through others) and he made me feel very comfortable with giving him my service. Alex will be my trusted BMW mechanic moving forward. I chatted with Alex via text and was able to get an appointment asap. I’m super grateful for the home service since I couldn’t drive and I felt like the diagnosis for the price and the temporary repair I received was amazing. The guy who came to look at my X5 didn’t speak English but he was messaged through an app and he was very sweet/pleasant. Even with the language barrier you could tell he really wanted to help and had a chill demeanor about him. I’m leaving this review because I thought about my great experience with them and need to call them again this week 😄

I don't write reviews, but these guys are truly deserving of one. I reached out to Alex because my BMW was starting to vibrate. His partner Viktor came to diagnose the problem which ended up being the engine mounts, but also found a few other issues that needed repair. Viktor came on our scheduled repair day and is an absolute magician. He replaced the mounts, showed me the old ones and how bad they were and my car runs like butter again! They seem to know BMWs like the back of their hands. If you have one and need a mechanic - I highly recommend you give these guys a chance AND they come to you! Thanks Viktor and Alex!
