Don't want anyone to wig out over this rating. It's based on a singular function that was carried out in an efficient manner. We've had a travel trailer since 2013. Me and trailer tires! It's a curse. This is not the place to talk about that. What I will address is that I have used this small tire shop to get trailer tires with punctures repaired. Simple task done well. Found them to be friendly and responsive. I never got the feeling that my simple requirement would be sidelined or delayed as less important than a ongoing tire sale and installation.

the guy who works there is very rude and the job quality is lower compared to other nearby shops. Prices are not lower than in other places, Before going there I called NTB same price but no availability for the same day. Bingo had same day availability thats the only reason I went there. Prices in Bingo: balancing only: each tire $15(up to 17inch rim) $25(more than 17 inch rim) alignment: $150 for suv Prices at NTbB: Balancing + rotation: $59 all 4 wheels Alignment: $150 So it is not cheaper, just faster and worse quality.

Called late one evening to inquire about new tires. They said I could come on over and they’d replace them right away. I was a little nervous because the tires they had in stock for my vehicle were a less common tire brand, but the service was efficient and reasonably priced. I’ve been driving on the tires for over a year now and they’ve held up well!

The Latino guy is a thief. Stay away from him, he makes up his own prices and constantly lies. I asked him how much it would cost to put on tires that I bought from Walmart. He told me 35 a tire. A couple days later, I asked the owner, and he told me a price in the 20s. If you need assistance, ask for Musa he is outstanding and will help with whatever you need.

Came in with a punctured tire that was leaking air. Was there for about 20 minutes and left with a fixed tire for very cheap. Will go here for all of my tires needs from here on out.

Had a great outcome this morning at Bingo. Mudasir is a very great guy. Took care of me quick and efficient. Excellent price for two brand new tires. Good customer service, pleasant atmosphere. Will be telling all my friends and family about Bingo tires in Woodbridge.

They used to take cheaper prices for tire sizes and I called to ask how much it would cost and they said $50 for installation & mounting and before it was $30-$35 per tire, I ask why and the guy on the call says “new prices now, that’s how it is” when i literally came in last month to install my other tires lol. Then he proceeds to hang up. Used to be my go to tire shop but guess not anymore.

Avoid Bingo Tires & Auto They are liars. Horrible customer service and they delete reviews Left my original review on Friday 04/05 Original review: Due to a flat tire, I was stranded and googled nearby tire shops. I called them at 8:26 pm to confirm they had the right tires and to ask what time they closed. The worker that picked up said they closed at 9 pm. I got there via uber at 8:53 pm and after knocking and calling multiple times no one answered the door or the phone. I wasted money and time because of this horrendous tire shop. They even have a sign that states they are open till 10 pm. Be honest and upfront with your customers instead of being fraudulent and dishonest!

Dropped by unannounced around 7:15 pm to get a wheel rim changed. It was done in about 10 minutes. Staff was friendly and courteous l. Could not recommended this place enough. Thanks!!

The best. Fixed my flat - took me immediately and had it plugged and ready to go within 20 min. Fast, efficient and well priced. Not much to look at, but trust me - great!
