A diamond in the rough this establishment is from the moment you make your appointment until your ready to take your vehicle back on the road again you are handle in kid gloves ...wonderful customer service all around. Such a refreshing change this day and age, its hard to find this kind of service anywhere anymore. So don't hesitate to give this business a try. I did and regret nothing Im just elated that I had followed my instinct and from the great experience that I had received with them I would bet on it you will feel the same too.

The thoroughness and patience of Andrew and his team is something one doesn't see too often this day and age. For about two years I was a returning customer with a Mini that must have been produced on the other side of Hades. Even when Andrew was working alone, he managed to get a failed harmonic balancer (at 23K miles!) turned around in a day, and pointed out a leaking turbocharger that would have ended up a costly problem outside the short-term Carvana warranty. The turbo repair was also done in a matter of days despite the fact that at the time he had no help. I have had to return with a camshaft position sensor issue a few months later, and after numerous attempts at replacing timing valves they figured out that the position flag on the camshaft has turned by about 30 degrees (quite a shameful performance from a high-end brand like BMW). While this sounds simple when writing about it, the diagnostics effort was anything but. The team didn't give up, and came up with the solution in a week. I finally managed to get rid of the car, but if I ever have any issues with any other vehicle Bishop's Auto Care is the go-to place for us.
