Drove my car to BJB automotive on October the 26th 2024 needing front end suspension work! Brian placed me on the schedule for October the 28th to start working on it.🙄 Called on November the 4th and said he was going to start with a $175 engine compression test before checking the suspension? 🤷🏿‍♂️When I inquired as to why was he messing with the engine when I only brought the car there for suspension work! He went into silent mode until today Dec the 3rd? That's when He texted, 🙄he couldn't even call with this were not going to be doing anything to you car BS! After having my car for over a month I still have no estimate on the cost to replace ball joints and tire rod ends!😡 But that fine. I believe you can definitely choose wiser!

Dropped off my c6 z06 to get some maintenance done on it, these guys know corvettes in and out, and take pride in their work, their labor rates are very fair and they take great care of their customers, will be back again for any work or upgrades

Left my Corvette with then while on a 3 week trip; a/c was acting up, no cool air. During my trip, was called numerous times with more "needed repairs". My son went to get the car, told him the a/c wasn't working, might need that repaired. WTH? That's why it was there. Tried to charge twice for same repair, never again.

I wouldn't trust anyone but these guys to do my auto work. Very honest and up front shop. I know the shop owner personally, has been a friend for close to 20 years. He most definitely finds ways to improve his skills and shop daily. I'd trust him with any of my family's automotive issues. Thanks Brian for always taking good care of me and my family.

These are the "go-to" guys for my 25 year old C5 Corvette! They have been able to repair anything that has been thrown at them.

My car needed a tune up before having problems. They replaced the coil packs and test drove the car before and afterwards with the code machine to double check that it was running better! I finally found good mechanics!!!

Brian and the guys at BJB are awesome! They are honest mechanics, that will treat your car as their own. They don’t add unnecessary products or try to scare you into buying something your car doesn’t need. I recommend BJB to all my family and friends.

Too bad l have to give them a star to warn people about this place . I took my 2015 Corvette to them because I heard they were the go to guy for Corvettes l a was told a half truth . My blower motor shorted out and was stuck on , that drained the battery ant threw it into theft mode. When l took it in l told them that's what it was they told me they had to wait for a battery. I offered to go to a parts place and get one but they said the one l could get wouldn't work They then told me it took a month to get one after two months l was told they had gotten a battery and put a OBD2 scanner on it after three months they finally got it in the shop and l was told it would stay there till it was finished that they were sorry that it was the use fault for going on strike and all.the parts were gone or that they were waiting on Hendricks for parts after they got it put back together they called to tell me they had bent or broken some shift rod when l went down there today after three and a half months the back was up the front window down and the mechanic gone to the "hospital they always tell you they will keep you posted and never call if you text them they don't always return with a answer today they told me they took my car and pushed it out because someone was coming in tomorrow that had an appointment

I can’t imagine it happens every time, but stuck in-between TX and NC these guys went above and beyond and out of their way to get me back out on the road. THIS is why you support local and small business. Great guys and I can’t thank them enough for the effort they made to get me on my way! Huge kudos!

I waited 4 weeks for the appointment. I Arrived at 7am…7-24-2023 I was told by Chad he would write up the estimate, and let me know the cost. At 11AM no contact from BJB… caught a ride to BJB… at 11:45 I was told by the person who wrote the estimate ( not Chad) at 12 noon (after I arrived) This person had no idea of the conversation(s) nor email Chad and I had regarding my requests over the last 4 weeks. Customer service at BJB in my opinion… is very non caring!

Brian does great work in a timely manner. Up front about all symptoms and estimates. No one likes to pay for repairs, but BJB is only gonna fix what needs to be fixed. Highly recommend!

I have used BJB for years. I am also a local business owner. Therefore I know a lot of people. I have referred many of my own client's to BJB Automotive. Everyone that I have ever referred to be BJB has been more than satisfied and continued to use them. Recently my dad came into town and had car trouble and was leaving that day(Friday afternoon 4p.m.). BJB went over and above to make sure my dad would have safe travels.
