Went in for AC check during this chicago fall heat wave. Expected the worse and turned out to be a simple setting issue. Team was fair and explained it was nothing serious and didn't even charge me for the visit. I would definitely go back ans highly recommend this very professional and helpful repair shop. As a women they did not try to upsell me and make me feel I couldn't possibly understand the workings of a car which still often happens at other auto related businesses. Great job BJs. 👏

Fantastic crew! Very honest and very knowledgeable. I am highly satisfied with this shop! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Joe was able to get my car fixed in less than 2 hours and didn’t even charge me any labor fees. Seriously best shop in Chicago!

I brought my 2020 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid to BJ's after Toyota refused to replace a faulty bypass coolant valve, a known issue to Toyota. They wanted in the upwards of $1,500 to fix it. I called three different mechanics, lucky for me Joe from BJ's actually picked up the phone and was willing to do the work. Joe was informative, honest, and kind. BJ's did a great job replacing the part for an extremely reasonable price. Thank you so much Joe and team! We will be bringing our cars to you for service moving forward. Madeline

This shop is great. Have worked on a couple of my vehicles and always quality work at a fair price. Was having issues with my truck with temperature. Did a power flush on the coolant. All good and runs great. Joe and his crew are top notch.

Trusted and honest. Pep boys told me I had a broken tie rod. They wanted to charge me a lot $390. I’m traveling through from Georgia. Heading to Philadelphia next. Being a little concerned about having a problem in the middle of nowhere, I asked JOe to have a look at it. He put it up on the lift looked at it, had the part right there to replace it. He told me not to worry many more miles of life on it. No charge thanks Joe. God will bless your honesty.

I brought in my 2001 Audi A4 due to mechanical & muffler issues and this place did a fantastic job on the car. I was able to fix my muffler and mechanical issues here. The company to customer dialogue was equally good, professional an straightforward. Truly the job was very complex. The company is top quality, ethical & superb and in this day in age it's hard to find such highlights anywhere really. I can't stress that enough. This place has culture. The company has been around forever and in good standing, known for great executions in custom works & mechanical details. Top top of the line in customs. I left feeling that the shop's culture is truly ethical & respectful and this for me is a major, I'm sure most would agree when "shopping". Authentic care & not plastic smiles or welcomes. But they and owner truly truly cherish their customers and future customers to be. The car was treated with respect & same with it's customers, they definitely understand we're humans and in a crazy world it's most favored. Because service & ethics are the symphonic notes of a quality company, I rate it 5 stars in my book.

I am blown away by this auto shop! My car has been a major issue for two years. Every time I bring it somewhere to have something fixed, a new issue pops up. It has had a terrible noise for nearly a year that no one could figure out. I took my car to BJ's and not only was the pricing the best that I have experienced in YEARS, but they treated me like a regular. Not only did they fix the issue I brought my car in for, but they also got rid of that noise! I will never bring my car anywhere else. It feels brand new.
