Came in to get 4 new tires. There was a new guy on who didn't have a name tag so i can only say he's african american, but he was doing everything he could to be able to get tires on my car that day. His coworker, I'll refer to as nose ring was very rude to his new coworker telling him that "we don't have the time today, what do you want to do bust our a--es" or something to that affect. It wasn't a big deal to try to get them done that day. But I really appreciated the new hire trying to do the best by the customer as possible. My husband was close to leaving and going elsewhere for tires because nose ring was being so disrespectful to his new coworker. The shift supervisor ended up coming in later and was actually able to get the tires installed on same day. Nose ring could use better interpersonal skills and be respectful enough to not address his coworker in such a manner in front of customers. So koodos to new hire. He kept his cool in the face of disrespect.

Costco answers the phone when I call their Tire Center, so I got a membership with them instead 👍

I purchased 4 tires online, that came with free install. I walked in and Adrian was very personable and professional right off the bat. After he installed the tires, I spoke to him about a wheel alignment. I was told by a different shop that I needed it. He said he needs to mount the vehicle on a rack and check with a device if indeed I needed it. He came back with a tablet that showed the alignment was in the green, so I didn’t need to spend the extra money on it now. I really appreciate it this transparency, as most dealerships or shops would try to gyp me. He also explained that on some vehicles like mine, only a 2 wheel alignment can be done. The back wheels are mounted on an axle and don’t need aligned, is what I understood. In addition, he took time to explain other details about tires and vehicles in general. Adrian, came off as honest, nice, and competent. Rare qualities nowadays. I did not feel taken advantage of nor patronized. I thoroughly recommend this tire center and hopefully you’ll get serviced by Adrian.

Came into BJs tire expecting to wait and pay a lot for a new tire since I ran over some giant nail/bolt something. This was the closest one, location was a little difficult to get into but the service was outstanding! They only had 1 guys working and they need to give him a raise or make him a manager. He was so nice to everyone, took care of each person as if they were the most important customer! He was quick with tires and 2 of us with tire issues were seen and out the door in less than 2 hours!

Caught a flat heading from SE FL to NJ day before thanksgiving, called this location, Adrian got me in & out with no appointment quickly. Thank you so much! Good help is hard to find, hang on to this guy

Tire center will not touch aftermarket wheels, or even factory wheels if a different size than OE for your car.

The BJ's up north are much nicer and larger than this one. This one is meh but it is generally quiet. Prices really don't make it worth the extra cost of a membership to me. It is also difficult to access from Kernan. Poor location. Employees lack any type of friendliness or personality.

(1) They automatically renewed my membership at the higher level - when I called to discuss it, they told me I had to go in the store to discuss. (2) The folks they have that answer the phone are very difficult to understand and are not very nice. (3) Trying to navigate their website is NOT easy.
