Bad service overall; not friendly, very slow, and not very thorough. Sure, it might not be very expensive to get tires changed, but you get what you pay for. Go elsewhere.

Never see any cars in the bays. Only use it to fill propane tanks. Very rude people but pretty much on par for Bjs

This shop keeps avoiding flat tire services this issue need to be resolved asap I was told that machine been broken for a couple months

I'm so glad I brought my car here for new tires. David was extremely helpful and managed the fact that he's the only one working in the department so well. He takes his time with each customer and makes sure he can take care of them. Give him a raise!!!!!!!!

They need to have an option for ZERO stars.. we recently bought 4 Goodyear tires from this BJ’s .. roadside coverage.. literally got a nail in back tire & it went flat in the BJ’s parking lot.. was told they didn’t have the tool to fix the tire .. they refused to replace the tire.. after going all the way to the store manager I was told all they could do is have me go somewhere else to have it fixed and that they would reimburse be the cost.. 5 HOURS LATER after going to every tire place I could find… Pep Boys, Tire Kingdom, even Walmart turned me away saying it was too close to the sidewall and due to liability they could not plug/or patch it that I needed a new tire! I managed to get a plug in it myself to at least hold enough air to get me home.. now the battle to just get someone to answer the phone at BJ’s has begun.. they give you the run around on the phone and nobody is able to help with anything.. by far the WORST place to EVER purchase tires! To top it off the Store refuses to hire on any additional mechanics so there is literally 1 person that works by himself (extremely dangerous) in their tire department .. I physically watched the regular store manager working on a vehicle which she is NOT qualified to do.. I will continue to report them for their issues but BEWARE if you go here!

Went there Yesterday in the morning. I was waiting while the tire person was talking to another one of the employees. It seemed as if I was interrupting. Asked him if he could check my tire that had a leak. He didn't even ask me to bring it in to look at it. Instead he asked me to leave it where it was parked, then told me he didn't see anything wrong with it and that it could be a slow leak. I did go somewhere else and was told it was a nail in it. I was able to get it repaired. I guess I wasn't worth his time. Never going to use the tire center again.

Mixed feelings about this. I got a great deal on the tires and have free rotations. However, to make rotation appointment you currently have to call... and it is ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE to get someone on the tire center phone, as only one-two guys work here and they will be out in the bay and can't answer the phone. I have called multiple times throughout the day and multiple days, and still no answer. I have done this for many rotation appointments. Horribly frustrating. At this point, unless BJ's fixes this, or adds a way to make an appointment online, BJ's has lost a tire customer for the future. The deal is not worth the extra hassle for what should be easy.

We have used BJ's Tire Center at several locations. This location was friendly, professional and we have come back for other purchases - propane. They did not carry our tire in stock and we had to order it on-line. It worked out well. Just follow up and call to make sure the tire has arrived before going to have it mounted. We have purchased two difference times this way. And we have been very happy with our purchase. Plus they bet the price at Walmart, Tire Kingdom, Sam's, Discount Tire. There were NO HIDDEN fees or costs. Straight service. We shopped while they mounted the tires.
