Got my tires changed here and theybdid a great job but now I have to change my battery which is behind my tire. They stripped a lug nut and now are basically refusing to take responsibility or care of it. I will not be recommending or renewing my membership to BJs because this is ridiculous

I typically don’t leave bad reviews but man this place is bad. Has to be the worst tire shop I’ve ever been to. I got here around 1:30 pm to replace one tire and I’ve been waiting 3 hours and they’ve only worked on one car that’s getting the same job done and by they I mean one person. How do you run a shop with one person? Manger or older guy that was here at first left around 2pm to what seemed like it was to take his lunch break hasn’t been back since and it’s already 5pm. He left a younger gentleman by himself to work the front desk area and on two cars. Definitely not coming back here and if you’re reading this I advise you to do the same.

Horrible service! We came in at 10AM told us they had a spot at 3:30PM. We tried to leave our car there since the morning and they kept telling us that we couldn’t leave our car. Come to find out they only had one car to fix all day. We asked them multiple times to leave the car here incase they finish early. And to only have one to fix all day and they couldn’t help us until 3:30PM is ridiculous. The two guys that helped us in the morning were super rude and not helpful at all. The young guy in the afternoon was a lot nicer and more honest on what needed to be done. Definitely not coming back ever again! The service was horrible in the morning!

I JUST WANTO SAY LUCCIANO DID A GREAT JOB WITH MY TIRES BUT YOU GUYS NEED MORE STAFF TO WORK THERE IS CRAZY THE 3HR WAIT TIME AND I HAD TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TWICE

People mention there’s only 1 competent person here. That is true, if I know I don’t see him, it’s going to be a very bad experience. So far 2 sets of tires rated for 50k miles. Didn’t prorate either at 30k. They recommended top of the line with good warranty.

Update from 5 star to 1 star. There was(is?) only 1 person who was competent within the tire center at BJs and it might have just been my bad luck to arrive when the person in question wasn't there. That being said, I walked into a nightmare of bad customer service and can't even speak to the quality of work as I decided to take my business elsewhere. I was called to set up a "drop off appointment" for my vehicle (because when I called before, no one was available) and when I arrived at the appointed time, there was no record of the appointment. There was a person behind the counter who was sitting in there when there were no customers in the area and who could have been working on 1 of the 2 cars in the shop. The person was informed that we were here for a dropoff appointment at 2 pm, he looked up the time and said that there was no record of it. There were three appointments total for the day with a blank space from 1330 - 1600. I asked politely since I drove 2 vehicles with our current gas prices if there was any way he could squeeze me in and help me out. His response was a flat no. He said the 1100 was still in the shop, at 1345 and not done yet, making me wonder why it was not getting worked on by the obviously available tire center worker, but I digress. No attempt was made by this person to reschedule or even apologize, as I assume the likelyhood that the empty space in the appointment book was either not saved during the call or accidentally deleted was greater than the likelyhood that I misunderstood the date and time, especially since there was no record of my name in any appointment in the future at BJs. After this, I said thank you and walked out. I then called the tire center and asked to speak to a supervisor wherein I was sent to another line that rang for a few minutes and then hung up on me. I walked into the store, went to customer service and saw a manager within 2 minutes, making me think the person behind the counter sent the phone call to another unmanned line in his office so I would give up. I will no longer be doing business with this tire center and when my membership renewal comes due with BJs, I will not be renewing. Your poor service has lost a previously loyal customer and I hope you try better in the future. Although in our current environment, with the quality of people you are content to hire, I assume it will not.

What a joke! Made my appointment, they got my truck lifted, tires off and then some other guy comes in from who knows where to tell me my tires are shot. The tires are two years old and have 30,000 miles on them. They're rated for 60,000 and have 3/8 inch of tread left on them. No wonder there's nobody is ever here.

Omar was able with to get me sorted out fast and easy. Was able to find my tire leak within one minute when another shop couldn’t. These guys are a1 truly. Don’t hesitate to stop by.

Shoddy service Went to get a tire rotation 03/13. After the manager "inspected" he said it was a nail and a new tire was required. Turns out it was a tack and I would have spent a 150 bucks for nothing. Will definitely not be recommending or returning to the tire center.
