Made five separate calls on different days and left multiple messages. They do not answer the phone or return calls.

Don't waste your time with these idiots. Since they never pick up the phone, I placed an order for tires and installation online. When I showed up for the appointment, they told me they don't have the tires yet. So they rebooked me for a week and a half out. When I came back the second time, they said they still didn't have the tires. And they never bothered to reach out to me via phone and give me a heads up. Seriously, don't go there. I'm sure it's a long shot, let's try to put their tire centers out of business.

BJ’s has great prices for tires and the free install adds to the value but the service has gone downhill. Took 3 hours to have winter tires put on and they were so terribly balanced that the car is barely driveable at highway speeds. They need more staff in order to provide an adequate tire service for their members.

Can’t get through via calling. Going in no one is ever at the front desk. Computers are always down. Seems very mismanaged or not managed at all! If you have all day to sit there and have them get their act together - visit them!

Terrible service. Needed propane tank filled as I was out, waited for 30 minutes, knowing I would have to wait and I was OK with that. Then the worker rudely told me he was not going to fill my tank - no apology, he actually seemed angry at me! Useless, will drive an extra 10 min to get my tanks filled elsewhere from now on.

The prices were much cheaper than the other stores, and everyone was very friendly. The only problem is they rarely answer the phone.

An out-of-town driving my sister's car tire lights came on they check the tires for free checked all four of them deflated and inflated the tires didn't charge me a dime these places don't exist anymore!

The shop got me some quality tires at a good price. Took a little while to install, but they were pretty busy at the time, so that's to be expected.

The workers and they're not very friendly when it comes to minorities and they take their time to do the work on your car then move very slow I just went for a balance and rotation of my tires and he tells me it's going to take 45 minutes which it should only take about at least 15 to 20 minutes to do a tire rotation and a balance BJ needs to step up their game at the tire department really bad customer service

Had to call 3 times before someone even answered the phone. Set an appointment finally. When I showed up to the appointment, there was no record of it and they said they couldn't help me out since I did not have an appointment.

I tried so hard to do business with them but they always found an excuse. You would be better off taking your business elsewhere.
