I am giving these 5 starts specifically to David, who was doing the work of 5 people this afternoon when i stopped by to see if someone could add some air to a tire on my rental car. David did so with a smile, and handled all of the other people there waiting for tires, air, propane, etc. with courtesy and skill.

No thanks! App does not work properly, signs out and add to order does not work after you place order. Every time I have pickup here it becomes an ordeal of items missing or incorrect. Sadly the auto renewal was turned back on by shopping inside and BJs having the option to automatically enroll setup to manually choose to turn off auto renewal keeps the memberships to BJs. Costco is wildly better and I will be going to them the day after this membership is done.

Went back to have 2 week old tires checked for vibration in car after I was told they would check the balance when I made the appointment. When I got there the first individual refused to look at it. Eventually found the person I made the appointment with and he found the never cleaned the surface of the wheels be fore inststalling the tires causing the vibration. He than check the balance and rotated the tires. They had no tool to relearn the position of the tpms sensors.really. a tire shop. Now have to elsewhere to have that done. Unexcetable. Poor service.

It's been over 2 weeks and still waiting for my tires+installation, and they don't answer the phone. WORST SERVICE EVER, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

AMAZIING SERVICE TODAY! My son had an emergency today with the tire on his car. The mechanic tonight was very helpful and was able to make a temporary fix until we can get a new valve and sensor replaced at the dealer. With this repair he made it possible for my son to drive to work tomorrow. We are so grateful for all of his help.

My father ordered and PAID for his tires TWO months in advance. He was told the tires were in stock one week before his appointment. A few hours before his appointment, they call him to tell him his tires are not available and he has to wait 6-8 weeks!!! Unbelievable...

You buy tires from BJ’s and are told they’ll rotate them for you as a service. Every time I’ve called for this they’re “short staffed” and can’t provide the service. Very frustrating for me, but certainly convenient for the mechanics.

A big Shout out to Andrew in the Tire Center! I needed to have the air pressure checked in my tires and normally being an ol farm girl I could handle doing it myself but a strained shoulder muscle situation prevented me from doing it. A neighbor whose son works at this location suggested coming here and said they would take good care of me. Well Andrew you did! What a great guy and so knowledgeable. A big smile and stopped what he was doing just to put air in my tires. I was so impressed and grateful , can't thank you enough. This my friends is customer service at its best.

Within the last 3years I have had tires, brakes changed on my 2008 Dodge charger rt awd, first year no issues, 2nd year no issues, 3rd year and driving from Greece to Batavia, I had took my car to a local Dodge dealership and they worked on it twice, but after 2nd I was noticing extra noise and uncomfortable driving, it snowed and driving 65 mph, something didn't seem right, I looked at my car and seemed like something with the wheels was wrong, I dropped my son off to work at bus, and explained my situation to Josh who is in tire shop at Bjs in Greece today, and I would say he saved my life, and further damage, he checked the lug nuts and they were loose, and he made sure I was safe and able to go to work with out worry 😊He was really pleasant and had the kind of care that is evident that he takes pride in his work and his job😉if he isn't the manager, he should get a promotion 😊Really good experience will recommend to😊

Horrible check out. They force self checkout and are under staffed. Sam's much more customer friendly
