Terrible experience. Do not get your tires installed here if you care about your cars alignment. They do not do camber or caster which is half the alignment. They advertise 4 wheel alignment but only do toe adjustments. Probably only on the front steering also! I was not told this before racing to take my car there the night before vacation. So they would have it first thing in the morning. I Had to take another vehicle on vacation I did not plan on, which made me furious! All due to bjs incompetence. The tech mentioned Bjs do not allow them to do these adjustments. I’m a trained mechanic myself and the fact they can install tires and TPMs sensors and not loosen a bolt and pry on a strut or add a bolt is an absolute laughing joke. Do better bjs! Only saving grace is the employee who agreed they didn’t tell me that and called the manager and said I didn’t have to pay. They also could not reset my TPMS light with 4 new sensors just installed. I was told they read on the scanner. So that is on the mechanic not being thorough. I reset the light myself using a borrowed scanner so simple. Y’all Need to take that alignment advertising down immediately and stop scamming people who wouldn’t know any better.

Changed all four tires today. Prompt service. It was done in no time. Thank you to Henry and another gentleman (forgot his name). They were very polite and respectful. Very knowledgeable. My options were explained to me. I didn’t feel rushed to make my decision. I received an excellent service.

Woodbridge va Bjs tire is The worst tire center I’ve ever had to deal with. had my appointment changed twice by them because both times they were too far behind, showed up on the third appointment only to to cancel and finally get a refund 4 hrs because there was still one car ahead of me half an hour before they closed. Save your time and frustration and go anywhere else but this place

It was Sunday 28 of April 2024.I had a 9:00 am appointment, a job that was supposed to take less than 40 minutes took almost 4 hours. The mechanic that was on site did not know how to work the register. He couldn't find my tires, tires that I had previously ordered on line 2 weeks prior to my appointment. The mechanic couldn't start the job, because he didn't know how to find my order/appointment in the system. Bjs you need to have competent people behind the register, because of this I had to reschedule my Sunday (04-28-24) so so inconvenient.

I ordered my tires and made an appointment a week in advance and even though I was 10 minutes late. Wilson met me at my car and had my new tires on in 32 minutes!! This is a magical place!!

Wilson and Mike are awesome they were running behind and short staffed and it was my mom’s 60th birthday and he made sure no matter what I got out in time. Both great guys. Both deserve a raise ! Tires were great.

Hey Tire Guys- if the hubcap was missing from the car when you pulled it into the bay, why are you refusing to show me photographic evidence that you claim exists? Store management *never* responded to my requests for assistance. If you buy tires here, be sure to factor in the replacement costs for lost and stolen property.

I've gotten tires here 3 times. They are always a fair price. This time the service was fast, smooth and painless. Such a relief as I dread doing any work on my vehicle.

If you don't have anything to do the day you go for service then you may not have an issue. The only credit is to the installer Brian, hes good and actually is thorough. Drove from my driveway to the store, about 20 minutes still on hold. It was empty with no vehicles in any bay!

I did my homework to purchase four new tires for my Chevy Suburban. These are big tires that need to be mounted by a machine that my local garage could not accommodate. I searched online at several Manassas/Woodbridge service centers. The cost for tires, mounting and balance varied widely. My husband and a colleague suggested BJ's which was where I ultimately made my purchase. After becoming frustrated with the BJ's app (awful!) I went into the center and purchase 4 BFGoodrich tires at the Woodbridge center. Much to my surprise, the cost was significantly lower than if I had bought just the tires online without mounting. I was astonished to learn the $110 mounting fee was FREE with the purchase of these tires. The tires arrived prior to my appointment. The tire center was ready for me when I arrived and were very courteous and professional. They mounted the tires while I shopped and were finished in less than an hour. When the service person contacted me, I was not quite finished shopping so they said, "No problem!" and drove my vehicle around to the front entrance, parked it and kindly brought me in my key and receipt! I have not experienced this level of efficiency and customer service in years! I was so amazed that I regret at least not offering that young man who brought me my keys a tip. He deserved it. They all do over there. This was a seamless, smooth transaction and I highly recommend purchasing your next tires here. Even if you are not a member, this tire center is worth joining just for this level of service!

I had an appointment at noon on a Thursday. When I arrived the employee told me their computer system was down but they failed to tell me how this would affect the installation. I left my keys with them and went shopping in the store with my infant son. I came back to the tire center 2 hours later wondering why I hadn't gotten a call yet that it was done. I learned that they hadn't even bothered to look up the tires I purchased, which only took 1 phone call to find out. They only called after I complained loudly about the situation because it was quite hot in the tire center and I had my infant and groceries with me. They hadn't even flinched at the thought of my infant in the heat - they only called because of my groceries. There was another customer who was scheduled an hour behind me and his car was taken before mine. After over an hour of waiting in the hot tire center the manager arrived. I only got an apology for the inconvenience and my no longer frozen groceries replaced. The other customer didn't even get an apology. I never received an answer as to why they never called before to find out which tires were mine despite me asking at least 3 separate times why they didn't call to figure out which tires were mine. According to the employee that was the only thing they were missing to work on my car. We knew what kind of tires they were but they would not bring them out until they had their own system's order number confirm which tires were mine. Over 3 hours past my appointment time they finally started working on my car. I finally left to go home with a very hungry infant since I did not plan to be gone from home for 4 hours. I will never use this tire Center again.

Went to the tire center. Only two people working, but they handle their business like true professionals. Changing tires, answering phone calls, questions, etc. Ordered four tires only three came in, but Thomas handled it very well.

I brought a tire in for repair and they said they couldn't repair it and I would have to buy a new tire but I would have to go online to buy it. So I did and found out I had to have an appointment to have it installed on my wheel. That was a hassle because it took two hours after I arrived to pick up my tire. I will have to reconsider using the tire shop at BJ's because of this "appointment" procedure and having to buy online they have dreamed up.

I purchased tires with my bjs membership for my Kia Optima and they were delivered and installed at this location. The only complaint is the tires I was quoted were no longer available and had to purchase a pair that were a little more expensive.

in fact I would rate them less than 1 star. People there are very unprofessional. They loose your paperwork and make no effort to contact you when you leave your car with them. The attitude is very "I don't really care". Note only was I ripped off for the tires that I just bought a year ago which I had a flat tire. I practically have to buy one tire for 160 so what is the point of getting a warranty!!!! Buyers beware!!!

Had an appointment at 430pm on a Sunday afternoon, came in at 410pm. Guy said someone will start it as soon as possible. And hour after I got there I asked home much longer till done, he said 20-30 mins more, an hour after I had I asked him, I asked him if anyone was working on my car and he said no because they don't do 430p appointments as if that was my problem. So I've been sitting here for almost 3 hours because they obviously don't know how to run a business. PLEASE do yourself a favor and NEVER do business at this location. They also lost some guys keys at the same time I was dealing with this.
