Amazing customer service! Kept me updated throughout the whole process. Once they finished repairing my car, they made it look brand new! I didn't even recognize my own car when it was right out front. Definitely would recommend coming here for all your repair needs

Diamond was so nice from beginning to end! Communication was on point. They finished my car in two days.. I had some other cosmetic paint chips from winter and they buffed those out. When I picked up my car they cleaned it inside and out, gave me a t shirt, my passenger side mirror is now fixed along with the scratches! I would definitely recommend and come back for a simple oil change because of their service!!! Thank you Diamond and Roddis !!! UPDATED: My first experience here 4 years ago was so much more pleasant. Seems like communication lacks. Brought my car for repairs from an accident back in August 2024. Was quoted a week, which turned into 2 weeks. Had to then take my car back because they ordered the wrong horn for my car. I was offered a free oil change which I did not need at the time. Booked my free oil change (which they forgot about) they had to call a previous manager to verify. It took an entire day for the oil change, I myself had to follow up, I asked for a tire rotation which I would’ve gladly paid for. When I asked the clerk if they rotated my tires, she didn’t know. I personally will not be bringing any of my vehicles here due to such lack of communication and care for customers and their investments.

Came into the shop in late May 2020, needing the lock to my trunk fixed immediately as I was moving to Houston at the time and I needed the trunk for storage space. They had my vehicle in and out by the end of the day, even though it was a Friday and just shortly after the pandemic occurred. Their kindness and professionalism, along with the choice to prioritize my vehicle over others is why I would give this place a recommendation!

Had My Vehicle Brought in For Repair and Left it there 1week Before Thanksgiving, 2weeks went by even thru Thanksgiving week, Called them since they didn’t call this whole time and they said part is not available so I told them what’s wrong and How much to is to repair, they said I Don’t know need check with Mechanic, I told them forget it I will pick up and take elsewhere, they said we can get done following day, after I told them I was picking up, they communication is very poor there

It’s always a difficult time after an accident and you always expect the worst. However, B&L Automotive made this experience so easy and less stressful. I recommend this auto repair shop to everyone. I received updates every other day from Chris and he assured that my vehicle was getting taken care of. I had front bumper/quarter panel damage. I needed that repaired along with a new wheel and rim and light…and tie rods and alignment. All that was handled in an adequate amount of time. When I got my car back, I was afraid there would be something wrong but NOPE .. my car was better than new. Drove it on the highway and it was excellent. I am super satisfied with B&L Automotive.

B&L is honest, reasonable, and to the point. Their prices are also manageable compared to other places, and the work is done super professionally. I’ve had a hard time in the past finding a mechanic I feel comfortable working with, until now. B&L is my shop!

Dropped my car off on 8/29/24 for bumper replacement, headlight replacement and fender realignment after a minor front end collision while parked. Repairs were completed 9/12/24 for a reasonable price as this was an out of pocket deal. While picking up my repaired vehicle I noticed a few issues. The new front bumper was caught on the passenger headlight and was not sitting flush as the drivers side was. After a walk around on the exterior, I noticed a 1/8” size amount of paint missing front the drivers door from what appeared to be a door ding. Near the rear bumper on the passenger side, contact was made with presumably another vehicle’s tire which caused friction on the rear spat and burned through about 1” length of paint. No realignment work was performed to the drivers fender. All of this was confirmed with the photos I had taken of the exterior before handing my car over. I spoke with my estimator, Chris G, during the completion inspection about these issues. He explained to me that when I bring in my car in ~30 days for the clear bra application, they will touch up the two paint issues, realign the bumper with the headlight, and realign the fender. (Will update review when these issues have been addressed)

I got a large scratch on my car from a yellow pole in my blind spot. I called B&L when they opened in the morning, and they told me to come in during my lunch break and they would take a look. To be clear, I did not want to fix the door completely; I just wanted them to buff out the yellow staining from the pole. I came in during my lunch break, and they took a look at my car right away. The receptionists were very friendly and said that Ramiro was available. Ramiro buffed out all the yellow in a few minutes and had me on my way (the entire experience only took 22 minutes, including driving there and back). I asked the receptionist how much I owed for the buff, and she said it only took a few minutes and just to leave them a good review. It was on the house! I was shocked! As promised, here is my good review of B&L. What a friendly, honest, and accommodating staff. Thanks so much!

I took my car in to get fixed from a previous time I has taken it elsewhere and they barely did what they were supposed to. Long story short I was recommended to this place and delat with Chris V. He was absolutely the best to work with and did a fabulous job Only downside is that I asled 3 times for a receipt to be emailed to me and never got a copy Other than that HIGHLY RECOMMEND
