Dropped my car off on 8/29/24 for bumper replacement, headlight replacement and fender realignment after a minor front end collision while parked. Repairs were completed 9/12/24 for a reasonable price as this was an out of pocket deal. While picking up my repaired vehicle I noticed a few issues. The new front bumper was caught on the passenger headlight and was not sitting flush as the drivers side was. After a walk around on the exterior, I noticed a 1/8” size amount of paint missing front the drivers door from what appeared to be a door ding. Near the rear bumper on the passenger side, contact was made with presumably another vehicle’s tire which caused friction on the rear spat and burned through about 1” length of paint. No realignment work was performed to the drivers fender. All of this was confirmed with the photos I had taken of the exterior before handing my car over. I spoke with my estimator, Chris G, during the completion inspection about these issues. He explained to me that when I bring in my car in ~30 days for the clear bra application, they will touch up the two paint issues, realign the bumper with the headlight, and realign the fender. (Will update review when these issues have been addressed)

B&L is honest, reasonable, and to the point. Their prices are also manageable compared to other places, and the work is done super professionally. I’ve had a hard time in the past finding a mechanic I feel comfortable working with, until now. B&L is my shop!

I got a large scratch on my car from a yellow pole in my blind spot. I called B&L when they opened in the morning, and they told me to come in during my lunch break and they would take a look. To be clear, I did not want to fix the door completely; I just wanted them to buff out the yellow staining from the pole. I came in during my lunch break, and they took a look at my car right away. The receptionists were very friendly and said that Ramiro was available. Ramiro buffed out all the yellow in a few minutes and had me on my way (the entire experience only took 22 minutes, including driving there and back). I asked the receptionist how much I owed for the buff, and she said it only took a few minutes and just to leave them a good review. It was on the house! I was shocked! As promised, here is my good review of B&L. What a friendly, honest, and accommodating staff. Thanks so much!

Efficient and kind customer service, plus skilled auto repair - my car looked brand new after work was done. My car was ready when they said it would be, and they cleaned and polished both the inside and out. I highly recommend.

It’s always a difficult time after an accident and you always expect the worst. However, B&L Automotive made this experience so easy and less stressful. I recommend this auto repair shop to everyone. I received updates every other day from Chris and he assured that my vehicle was getting taken care of. I had front bumper/quarter panel damage. I needed that repaired along with a new wheel and rim and light…and tie rods and alignment. All that was handled in an adequate amount of time. When I got my car back, I was afraid there would be something wrong but NOPE .. my car was better than new. Drove it on the highway and it was excellent. I am super satisfied with B&L Automotive.

I took my car in to get fixed from a previous time I has taken it elsewhere and they barely did what they were supposed to. Long story short I was recommended to this place and delat with Chris V. He was absolutely the best to work with and did a fabulous job Only downside is that I asled 3 times for a receipt to be emailed to me and never got a copy Other than that HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Had my 2022 Orange Nissan Versa Repaired at B and L Automotive repairs. Originally came in for repairs to the rear end after being rear ended by a semi at the end of September. the first time i was told the vehicle was complete, I walked in and inspected my vehicle and found a little bit of paint that had peeled off from the trunk area. No big deal just touch it up. Proceeded to do a walk around and noticed that the front bumper had some fresh damage(paint missing, scratches) staff checked the check in photos and verified that the damage was not there at drop off. b and l painted the front bumper cover and i was put back in rental for another 2 weeks. I picked up my car after almost a month at B and L. I'm happy with the work and the workmanship. just a little annoyed it almost took a whole month. with this being said B and L will still be our preferred body repair shop.

Honesty, integrity and great service! We thought we had a pretty bad gouge out of our plastic bumper. It looked to us like something had dug out a deep scratch. We hoped maybe they could fill it in and paint it over to at least make it look ok. Great service: they gave me an appointment time, and Derek was standing with me looking at the car within 5 minutes of my arrival. Honesty & integrity: he said "let me get the paint off to see how bad it is". He came back with a solution, rubbed the spot, and it wasn't a gouge at all. It was gone. I offered to pay him for the clean up (feeling a little silly to be honest) but he said no problem! If something really happens to the car I'll be back there for sure, and I recommend it for anything you need.

Their friendly, professional and cooperative front desk staff was able to schedule me within a matter of days from my rear end collision. Estimator Derek Bogseth was friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable regarding the estimate of cost. They walked me through the entire process from start to finish prior to me making any commitment to repairs. After receiving the estimate I was dropping my car off at B&L and in a rental all within 48 hours. B&L was ahead of schedule on the replacement of the rear bumper, repair of the trunk door and new paint. Color match was exceptional and from start to finish this body shop had me back in my Honda in less than 1 week. B&L Automotive Repairs, Inc. also works with most insurance companies and was able to handle mostly all claims communications on my behalf. In all, I would highly recommended B&L Automotive Repair, Inc. for any and all auto body damage repair and vehicle paint necessities. Just wanted to give a honest review on this bodyshop took 2 vehicles both time I’ve satisfied with their work. Great communication and work fast with great quality. Overall deserves the 5 stars and can’t leave out the important person that has help me every time and whom I would ask for when going in Cris G your leaving your car in good hands very trustable and responsible.

My experience with B&L Auto was really top notch! I had a rather complicated and stressful situation with the claim on my car and it was a very long process. Everyone at B&L was grea! Easy to work with, pleasant and good communication. DEREK, I have to say, was amazing! He was sympathetic to my situation and worked very hard to make things right. I cannot thank him enough for all he did because my job was a real pain in the…….well, you get it I’m sure. Give that man a raise!!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you to all at B&L!

Would probably give zero stars if an option, and I haven’t even seen my car yet. Talk about poor customer service and an inability to gauge lead times for work. Was initially told 3 weeks for my car repairs. They never followed up after I dropped my car off. I called at 3 weeks - nope, not ready but probably mid next week. Called again at 4 weeks, nope not ready probably next week. They finally car at 5 weeks. I called back to confirm car was actually done (bc I can still see alerts going off in car app), “uh, I don’t know let me check.” The Lexus dealership needs to find another body shop. If my car doesn’t look perfect I will take it somewhere else. Do better. Amending my (previous one star) review: Matt (the owner) reached out to me. While what I stated above is true, Matt did everything in his power to make it right afterwards. Took full ownership of where they could have done better, and then went beyond offering an apology by doing a couple of specific things that weren’t necessary but were very much appreciated. He also asked his detailer to come in over the weekend to re-detail my car, which I picked up yesterday. It looks amazing. Thanks Matt for your effort to might this right. I appreciate it and the work your team did on my car.

Having any kind of damage to your vehicle is always stressful. But I’m glad to say B&L has always made this experience less stressful. My car was repaired here and the results were amazing. The only thing was that they took a month to finish with my car but other than that I had no issues, I didn’t deal with the insurance it was all done by the shop with the insurance and that was really nice. I just went to get my car and that was all!!!

Service was quick. Fast, professional and my car was returned to me in 5 business days- I brought my car in on a Friday and I was back driving my own car the following Friday. The most fastest and most convenient transaction Ive had in years. And the girls sitting at the front desk was awesome , and professional while answering phones, very pleasant while listening to and answering questions. And they quickly filled out necessary forms. If I ever need car repair again, my repairs will be completed by B&L AUTO REPAIR
