Called about an issue with my truck and was told that I would have to wait a week until I could be seen. Told them that was fine and asked about dates that I could bring it in and was told they have 20 trucks ahead of me. I said that’s ok when can I come in and again was told how many people are ahead of me. If you didn’t want my business then just say so. I want to pay you money to fix a simple issue I’m having and couldn’t even get an appointment to be seen. Very poor customer service.

Clayton and his guys are awesome! Was having fuel system trouble on my powerstroke and they got right on it and got it fixed. My only complaint is not finding these guys sooner! Clayton is super easy to work with and is extremely honest, the pride in their work shows! After my experience with them I won’t take my vehicle to anyone other than Black Knight.

I was seeking advice about purchasing a used car in the OKC area. Spoke with Clayton at Black Knight Diesel. Clearly he had tons of experience. Knew the engine of the model I was interested in and had experience working on it. Gave me super clear and candid advice. Very thankful for his help. Decided not to go forward with the purchase but would definitely do business of Black Knight Diesel in the future.

I used these guys to replace the motor in my Duramax, they are extremely honest and their pricing is fair. I had a couple minor issues when I got the truck back and Clayton sent one of his guys to my house to get the truck and they corrected the issues. My truck runs and drives like new and I really appreciate the hard work him and his team put in. I will definitely use them again and will be recommending them as well. Thx!

I wouldn’t let anybody in the greater OKC area touch my truck except for Clayton and his guys. I am a District Sales Manager in the aftermarket automotive industry, before that I was a Outside Sales Rep for a number of years, which means I’ve seen a ton of shops, their owners, and their techs. I know what rushed, bad work looks like and I know what that’s means for me being the parts supplier having to help shops fix their bad work by warranty’ing part after part after part. I’ve got stories for days. Having said that, I’m also a customer as well. Dealing with Clayton on the professional business level and being his customer has been nothing but a top notch experience for me. He’s an honest business man who takes pride in the work his shop turns out. I had a catastrophic engine failure occur on my 6.7 Powerstroke thanks to the CP4, it spun the motor completely out of time (See Black Knight Diesels Facebook post from April 3rd, that’s my motor!) I took it straight to BKD to let Clayton and his guys do what they do. They did their due diligence to see if just a fuel system would be the fix, unfortunately it wasn’t. But fortunately for me, it was in great hands with these guys. A new motor in my truck later and my thoughts are still the same about Black Knight Diesel. Best shop in Oklahoma City. Bar none, hands down, no shortcuts taken. If you care about your diesel, the only place you should take it is to Clayton and let him and his technicians get your truck right.

Clayton and his team are very knowledgeable and professional. I had fuel contamination and another shop critically damaged my diesel engine requiring an entire engine and fuel system replacement. Had Clayton and his guys change the water pump and a few other things on my 08 gmc diesel, they were great to work with. Would definitely recommend them to anyone I hear needing diesel work. Super nice shop, clean, and they answered all my questions on a gmc since I’m coming from Cummins diesels. Great!!!
