Great and friendly service. They can drop you off if you live in the area, and drop you car off upon completion of the service. The car is fully investigated and they give suggestions of what to work on, with patient explanations of what is needed and why. They will go through your maintenance history to check what’s been done before, instead of blindly quoting for unnecessary work. Highly recommended!

I went in due to vehicle not starting properly. Had to get two more opinions and they both said it was a bad battery. I wish the problem was detected here to begin with. But the customer service is great.

Adeel, the owner, was very knowledgeable and gave me a couple of options, and both were very fair. He let me decide, didn't try to up-sell, and even offered me a 30% discount on a certain diagnostic. Family owned, new in the area, only 5 months. I highly recommend giving them a try for your automotive needs.

Excellent service and the cost was super reasonable. The owner was great and explained everything that they did. I was expecting a normal repair shop, and all that comes along with that, but I was extremely surprised and pleased with the whole experience. I'll definitely be back for all of my future needs.

Needed to get my car inspected and this place happened to be super close. Adeel was super helpful and they took my car to get started right away. Wait was around 15 minutes and I was in and out of there. Very friendly and professional place.

Best auto repair shop in Houston! Adeel is incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. He goes out of his way to treat customers well and took time to explain everything he did. I got my brakes done and checked the electronics on my car. Won’t go anywhere else!

I had some front end issues with my Ford Taurus so my dad referred me to Blackbear Automotive. First off, the customer service is excellent. As soon as we walked through the door I was greeted and helped. Secondly, this place is very thorough on trying to help with any repairs or future issues your car has/will have. I truly appreciate that as a customer. We were taken to the garage where the manager let us look under the car and see the issues he also took pictures. I’ve never experienced that before so I was impressed this place seems to take pride in helping customers and explaining to the customer precisely what’s going on with their vehicle. I paid a respectable price for my front lower control arms . Although my car needs a lot of work unfortunately as a single mom I wasn’t able to afford to get everything done in one shot. However Blackbear has earned my trust and respect and they’ve definitely earned my business in the future. So I will be taking my car here from now on for maintenance, repairs and anything else I need. I also literally live right down the street so it’s convenient as far as location. Thank you to Adeel and his team!

Great and honest place with great pricing, I came after my vehicle was shaking very bad, initially I thought it was a bad engine mount after a quick google search, adeel and his technicians explained the process and told me my car was misfiring, adeel explained the whole process of the work that was performed, and the car was ready that day after a couple hours after a replacement of spark plugs! will definitely be coming back thank you adeel and team!

New Interstate Battery dealer in the area with great customer service and experiences so far. Able to get the battery, starter & alternator tested quickly with confidence in the results. Info shared with us visually on the tester, email and hard copies provided too.

I decided to check out this new shop out as I had some issues with the brakes. Other places were quoting me an arm and a leg but i found their prices to be very reasonable. Was greeted by the friendly gentleman Adeel who swiftly got it up the lifter to inspect. He recommended I get the brake pads as that seemed to be the only issue. It was fixed after a quick 40 minute wait and the issue was gone! He also provided a complementary state inspection as it was due at the time. I was highly impressed by the transparency and quality of work performed and customer service. Will be going for an oil change.

Decided to give this new shop a try and I’m glad I did! When I walked in I was welcomed as soon as I open the door. The waiting area was so clean & the guy who helped me out was so nice! I was hearing a grinding noise & thought my brakes were bad. I told the guy I think (Adeel is his name) I was pretty sure the brakes were bad and I just want to replace them. They took me to the back shop and showed me the brake shield was rubbing… (I just got my tires replaced yesterday at Discount Tire) and when they installed the tires they accidentally bent the shield. They told me I still have about 6-9 months to go on my brakes and don’t need to do them today. On top of that they did not charge me anything!!! I will definitely be back!!!

Just had a fantastic experience at Blackbear Automotive. I thought i'd try this shop out and went in for an issue with my tire. The gentleman at the front desk Adeel was not only quick to find solutions to the problem but also went above and beyond to accommodate me. Absolutely amazing customer service!
