Blackwell automotive came highly recommended by several people. Aaron, the general manager, and his team successfully diagnosed our jeep needing a water pump replacement. They started working on replacing the pump the day after it was towed there and it was finished the following day! So much better than taking it to a dealership and waiting one to three weeks to have this pump installed! And the workmanship was amazing! What a professional company that does exceptional quality work at a fair price. I would definitely return again in the future to have repairs performed on our vehicles and I highly recommend Blackwell automotive.

I had a 9:00 appointment for an oil change and fluid check, etc. I was on my way home by 9:45. I left for a bit so I probably could have left sooner. Waiting room was very comfortable. They even offer free coffee and soda. I feel confident my car is in great shape after their service.

The most professional auto shop I have worked with. Clean inside and out, everyone looks happy and upstanding. Very clear about setting expectations. Aaron is who I worked with and he knows his stuff! They were thorough with making sure my car was ready to go and they didn't do any unnecessary work. My car was overheating and I took it in, they told me when they could look at it and they did a complete diagnostic to make sure the situation was understood. Then they fixed it and let me know right when it was done. I asked them if the car needed an A/C recharge, and they tested it and said it did not. Very honest, and I will definitely be back!

Ok. Very expensive. But being in the area, should be expected. However, if money is not an issue, why not here. Took care of everything, including getting my car inspected to pass and clean as a whistle .

The team at Blackwell is honest and knowledgeable. Our son’s car went in for sluggish acceleration. It was reviewed for that and to get ready for summer travel for work. The sluggish issue did not show up in the scope nor on the test drive, so they encouraged our son to bring it in if he encounters the issue again. It’s ready for summer, with no erroneous work. Honest!! This is a car guys’ car shop.
