Anthony and his team we're very hospitable and did a great job, repairing our vehicle. They were able to fit us in short notice. During our trip enroute to Arizona, our vehicle broke out just outside of Albuquerque. Blue Castle Automotive saved our trip. Great service starts at the top and Anthony certainly provided it.

I was having issues with my Mazda not starting. Took it to a couple of places and I was told it was something else that was wrong. Took it to Blue Castle, spoke with the owner, and he was so kind and honest! He told me it was the battery, he was right! My Mazda is running like a champ! Thank you Sir!!!!

Let me start by saying the owner of this shop is AMAZING! He was very honest and educated on what was going on with my daughter’s car ! The first thing he did was drove the car around the block ! When he asked that I knew we were at a true auto Shop ! He returned put the car on the lift and walked us through what we were dealing with !! He reassured us the car would make it to Florida no problem ! My only complaint is I wish my daughter would have found this shop sooner and not trusted pep boys at face value !! She told all her friends before we left to come to blue castle from now on because they are honest and very knowledgeable and won’t try to sell you things you don’t need or over charge you for things you do need !! We made it to Florida no problem and we have you to thank !! And my husband thanks you as well !

Turbo tires on Central referred me here for an alignment. The price is unbeatable at $70 and I had a much better experience here than at Brown’s automotive where I had initially brought my car too.

I've been coming to see Anthony for years...I never had a warranty claim until now...I honestly thought it was going to be a song and dance, but it wasn't...I came in about a year ago to get my water pump replaced and recently my car started over heating; so I took it back to blue castle auto...Anthony was honest enough to let me know the auto parts store sold him a faulty water pump which he installed in my car almost a year ago...he went to war for me with the auto parts store and made them cover my repairs plus my rental car for all the days my car was in the shop...I've never experienced a shop with as much integrity as blue castle auto...after this experience I don't think I could ever change shops due to Anthony's loyalty to his customers...thank you for everything brother...I will keep coming back to you for ALL of my maintenance needs...I've never had a bad experience here, and that's hard to say about a repair shop...thank you again!!

This is by far the best auto mechanic I have ever been to; Anthony talked with me through everything and explained it to me in the best detail. He is so friendly and charismatic and he would call me to update me on the car, what the best options and the best prices for me are and what I can do in the future. This business is so transparent and caring I will be taking all my cars here in the future!

Blue Castle is great! My 20 year old Kia was so messed up that it was undrivable. They found and fixed multiple problems including some very dangerous ones. I was wanting a better car, but it drives so nice now that I think I will save my money and keep it. I feel like they turned my old beater into a new car! It only took them a couple of days and they charged me way less than I was expecting. If your car needs work, you should for sure take it to Blue Castle. Anthony and his mechanics are honest and will do a great job at a very reasonable price.

We came to this spot to do a buyers inspection for a van and 5 stars are not enough for the friendliness and service we encountered. The mechanic, Jesus, was beyond on top of it and helpful and the gentleman working up front, Anthony, went above and beyond for us. We were stranded for an hour or two and Anthony did all he could and then some to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. We don’t live in the area but if we are ever around and are in need, we will not go anywhere else for our vehicle solutions. 10 stars.

About a week ago my car was giving me issues. I was doing my research and found Blue Castle. I was a bit skeptical of taking it to just any mechanic shop. I took in my car and spoke with Anthony about my car and he told me he would take a look at it and give me a call. The following day I spoke with George one of Anthony’s crew members called and informed me what the issue was with my car and gave me a fair price! The next day I got a letter from Ford informing me there was a recall and it was the same issue going on with my car. I take the letter to Anthony and it was in fact the issue wrong with my car. So I’m gonna be taking it to the dealership so unfortunately I didn’t get any work done to my car. But if you’re looking for a mechanic who’s commutative, knowledgeable, and most importantly trust worthy look no further than Blue Castle as Anthony and his crew will take care of you as they helped me relief a lot of stress when my car was giving me issues.

Anthony (the owner) and his crew are class acts. Integrity, honesty and amazing customer service. I was recently scared into a crazy high estimate by Big (blank) Tires (nearly $1,000) received shoddy, inconsistent customer service there....and turns out I didn't even need the repairs I was quoted there. A friend recommended Anthony and Blue Castle. The customer service at Blue Castle is incredible. I was in and out promptly, with the invaluable peace of mind that my car's problem was resolved and at a cost of about $500 less than I'd been quoted at the big chain places. First of all I’d like to say I highly recommend Blue Castle Automotive. I’m a female who dislikes dealing with mechanic, tire, tint shops anything of that nature. I recently brought my car to this mechanic for repairs and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. Not only did they fail to fix my car properly, but they also lied to me about the parts they used. Instead of using the quality parts I was expecting, they used cheap parts that ended up causing further damage to my vehicle. This is unacceptable behavior and shows a lack of professionalism and honesty on the part of the mechanic. I would not recommend this mechanic to anyone and advise others to choose a more reputable and trustworthy mechanic for their car repairs.

I sent my daughter there for an alignment and they ripped her off. They scratched it to make it look like they did the work but didnt touch it. Just take your car to brake masters.

I took my truck in thinking I needed ball joints replaced, and I was ready to pay 1200 for the job. Anthony took the time to inspect the truck, and find the noise, and it was not the ball joints. He took extra time to find and fix the popping, that was way less than 1200, therefore saving me about 1,000. This shows that his work ethic is outstanding, he could have easily charged me the 1200 after fixing the track bar bushings, and cab mount bolts. He runs an honest so, and that's hard to find these days. Thank you Anthony, were very happy to find an honest shop for auto repairs. Keep up the good work!!!

This place is very unprofessional and a rip off they will tell you that they are going to fix all the problems the car has and supposedly they are going to buy the parts from the “manufacturer” which they didn’t and lied, did ask for the receipt and they bought it form a cheap auto place and charged me extra money and wanted me to pay more money because it had other issues I thought they had already fixed. Do not recommend this place.

Went in to get lower control arms replaced, they're done right. However in the process on getting the old ones taken off, the outer tie rod on the passenger side, they broke the seal which then lost all the grease as well as the lower ball joints lost the grease from sealed ball joints, both lower ball joints were not even a year old. And didn't tighten all the bolts back up including the wheels properly, then when called to ask if it might have been a mistake they broke the seal the owner then thought I was accusing them of sabotaging the vehicle then he said just take them to court then, oh looks like we are losing connection from the call and then hangs up seemed rude at the end when just trying to see if it was a mistake or not also the alignment is still off. Now I have to go and buy new lower ball joints and tie rods and get the alignment plus labor all over again

I had a very good experience at Blue Castle Alignment Shop...My car needed several things done(shocks,struts,spark plugs,windshield). I went there for my work van. They were so nice, so quick and so efficient. I was shocked with how quick they were being I had two cars Infront of me. I expected to be there for at least 2 hrs... They got me in and out within an hr or so. I will be back and I will recommend this place to everyone. The owner has a lot of passion for his work and you can feel it. It's rare to come by.
