Bluegrass Fleet Care is a professional business with great service. I have had several services done on different kinds of vehicles from regular maintenance to having timing belt and water pump replaced. The cost was more than fair. Guy are so helpful and nice, They put free air in my tires quite a few times I really like this place, They showed me my front tires was dry rotten. They didn't have my tires that I needed told me go to Walmart and buy me 2 new tires and bring them up to the shop and they would change them and put new ones on for 10.00 a piece, sure saved me money, I didn't know they did other work besides tires until I read comments 🙃 Well I know who will work on my car from now on. 😁💞💜

Took my car there cause it had been over heating, and the knobs on my heating system aren't working. My car over heats at high speeds, 65 plus, and after about 5 plus miles. To get it to stop I would have to blast my heat and it would go right back down. I told this guy that, everything it was doing. But he didn't know what to do about it until he drove it and saw it over heat. He did but never got up to high enough speeds for it to over heat, but did say it did over heat a little bit went right back down. In which no car should ever over heat, that usually means there's a problem somewhere lol. So he said he couldn't do anything. Told my buddy about it, who doesn't even work on cars, he immediately said it was the thermostat. So I go buy one, we put it on, and sure enough it was that. I just don't understand why you would have to see it do it before you could fix it? Guess he didn't believe me or just trying to do more and more to squeeze more $ out of me. Like I told you what the problem was, and he just didn't have any idea what it could have been. I'm sorry I just don't think he has a clue what he's doing, not to mention they charged an arm and a leg for some new knobs for my heater/AC. Will never come back here nor will anyone I know.

We are so glad that our lawn care dealer recommended Bluegrass Fleet Care. We spent $1,100.00 in parts at a GM Dealership where we bought the 2020 HD, just for them not to finish the job. I called and told them what my problem was and when I could bring my car in. I took my car in, and I needed a way back home and they gave me a ride. They looked at my car , and called me with an estimate, and everything that needed to be done. I told them to go ahead, and he said he would have it done that afternoon. After getting it done and test driving it two times they sent someone to pick me up to take me back to the shop. He had a detailed report printed with everything that he had to get for the vehicle and the prices, including taxes, and labor. They did an excellent job. They were so courteous and nice. I really appreciated the ride home and the ride back to the garage. I would highly recommend if you need anything done to your vehicle take it there.

Came by during lunch had a couple fenders lose on my rig he fixed ‘‘em up rite. Shook my hand said it’s on the house. I’ve been all over this great country and have been in a lot of shops. This one tops the cake. If I lived around here I wouldn’t do business with nobody else. Hell, customers stopping by just to check in and say hi. Top shelf service no doubt about it

I am visiting my mother from Dallas and realized I had problems with my tires. They needed replacing but one of the locked lug nuts was stripped and was too slim to be removed. I spent time going from one recommended tire/wheel/body shop and noone said the wheel could be removed. My mother had an issue with her SUV diagnosed and repaired after years of problems and several other shops had given up. She suggested that I try Bluegrass Fleet Care. They spent several hours removing the lug nut so as not to do damage to the rim. I am so fortunate to have been recommended to them and if I have any serious issues in the future I will be coming for a visit so Bluegrass Fleet can repair it!!

They fixed my leakes on my seals .truck ran fine before they worked on it.i get it back runs terrible. Course they deny having done anything to make it run that way.will never go there again. And they just lied bout what happend.truck ran fine before I brought it there.adk them bout the 3 transmissions they are on w my friends car.my truck is old yes .I've heard that 20 times now. Everybody knows that my truck never ran bad until they got a hold of it.Period.
