Please learn from this review and not learn the hard way when dealing with Tim at BLVD Auto Service Center & Collison. It may be better to save time, money, and extreme frustration by going to a real A/C professional for A/C repairs, even if this garage tries to convince you they Will take care of your A/C issue. Tim called us back to his shop and we saw that the inside dashboard and console were being removed to access one of the parts they were going to replace. The evaporator core. We were told at that time, not before leaving the vehicle with Tim and paying a $1,050.00 for the parts, that it would take more time to remove the dashboard and more money to access the part. They only found out themselves the dash would need to be removed once they started work. I made it clear they were just 'practiçing' on our vehicle since they didn't know the dash would need to be removed to access the evaporator core on a Miata. That's when the mechanic stated he is "a general mechanic, not an A/C Specialist." That's when we asked them to put the car back together and we'd take her. We asked for and were told we'd receive a refund for the parts. That was the end of July. We still haven't gotten our refund for the parts. I followed up with Auto Zone to be sure Tim received a refund and found out he did return the parts and did receive his refund from Auto Zone.

The customer service I received was really good. I called wanting an estimate for repairing the big splash guard thing underneath my car. Lucy said she'd call me back and indeed she did with a reasonable price. She also kept me updated on the mechanics time available. The job was done really quickly and Ricky explained everything in detail about what he did.

This company has great customer service! I received an oil change today in a timely manner, and the inside of my car was vacuumed clean! The front desk clerk was extremely courteous and gave me complimentary water without my asking! The employees who changed my oil and cleaned the inside of my car were also polite, respectful , and helpful! I will definitely return for my next oil change!

These are the worst people I have ever accounted. They refuse to give me my money back after paying for a service they did not even do. I am already with talks with my lawyer on planning on suing Tim & Naomi!! They are so unprofessional

We rented a Mercedes from BLVD rental while visiting Houston and we loved it! The customer service was amazing, they were efficient and super friendly. Our car was very nice, clean, and BLVD truly made our trip even more enjoyable. It was so nice to be able to drive a luxury vehicle during our stay! 10/10 would recommend!
