Just took my 2015 528i and coolant and massive oil leaks have been resolved, Javier and David are the best, techs are highly qualified and will resolve any issue you have without paying those crazy dealer prices, If you have a Beamer this is the shop to go to👍🏼

It’s the worst place. Instead of fixing my car, they broke another part. They were supposed to install a new bumper, but I later realized they put on a used one and overcharged me. Don’t go there.

PREDATORY PRICING ALERT!!!! The first and last time I will ever take my car to this shop. I was quoted $810 in LABOR ALONE for the replacement of ONE oxygen sensor, and then another $229 for the part. They estimated 4.5 hours (that's $180/hr) for a job that can be completed in an hour or less. $1,039 total for parts + labor. In addition, I was told that the rear oxygen sensor needed to be replaced when in fact it was the one in the front. The customer service was extremely underwhelming, and the communication was POOR. Thankfully I declined this service, and looked elsewhere for a comparative estimate. If you're looking for a professional BMW shop that is skillful, honest, and transparent - please message me and I will refer you to my contact. $160/hour for labor, OEM brand new parts, and a KIND owner who actively can be found IN HIS SHOP, servicing vehicles alongside the rest of his technicians. They were the ones to inform me that it was in fact the FRONT oxygen sensor that needed to be replaced, cleared my check engine light, and got the job done in 1 hour as previously stated. I paid $160 in labor, and $200 for the part. $360 out the door ($679 LESS THAN WHAT BMW AUTO CENTER QUOTED ME). Please see attached photo for PROOF! The truth is that they are scammers in my life, never but I would never take a car with them. My opinion is that you should not take your car with them. They gouge you out with their prices and the truth is that they provide poor service and they don't even know how to work well. The truth is that they take advantage of you a lot. If you leave your car with them, be very careful because they damage some parts that are in good condition so that you can change them yourself. Be very careful. 👀

Getting my new used OEM transmission put in by the most famous BMW Auto Center. When I found them on Google, I had to give them a call right away. I got to say, David made me felt welcome. Took my BMW here after the water pump failed and oil pan gasket needed to be replaced.. Javier and David made the whole process super easy and efficient.. They texted me throughout the entire process ensuring everything was going well.. Priced very fairly and certainly much much cheaper than a dealership would charge.. will be back again if anything happens in the future

Used to come here for repairs, but unfortunately I had quite a bad experience here recently. Went to replace my shocks of my car, only to find out they only replaced ONE shock. I made the stupid assumption that they would replace both (what legitamte and honorable mechanic only replaces ONE shock??) Tire ended up blowing from uneven shocks- I took it to another mechanic to find only ONE new shock. Shocks are always to be replaced in PAIRS. Make sure you dot all of your i's and cross all of your t's before doing business with any mechanic/auto shop... especially as a female. Putting your trust in this auto shop is not recommended. EDIT: Within minutes of posting a bad review I received unsolicited calls and unpleasant texts from the shop on my personal number. What an invasion of privacy! People are entitled to their own opinions after having a less than ideal experience with a service. There is absolutely nothing more unattractive than a business that can not take responsibility for their poor actions and treatment of their customers. Disgusting! No wonder they have high ratings on Google... they bully anyone who rates them poorly.

Very sad the guys I got there 6:30 on a Friday after calling them for 3 or 4 month the car came out worse than what I bring it to them scratches, dent on the hood rust in the metal missing parts the person on the phone. Always pick up and hang up on you like you not the customer I don’t recommend this place if you don’t want to have a hard time all they like is to do light work anything hard to do won’t get done don’t go to this place one the employee name David very disappointed about him not profeccional at all do not do business with this place This shop swap your part that are expensive and he sale it back to you used tricking the customers
