I went to another mechanic first ti get a quote on a leaking coolant issue. They quoted me $3,700 to replace the oil filter housing. When I called Ahmed, he quoted me $1,700. He was able to get that done and suggested changing the water pump and upper radiator hose. All in all, it totaled $2,102 + taxes. He was able to get all this done in 24 hours. The only downside is that he has a fee for paying with a credit card and another one if he has to hand enter your credit card (I live out of state and he was working on my daughter’s car). Other than that, I feel he’s honest and fast. I recommend him.

Ahmed is very professional and helpful- took my 2022 540i BMW in for service, he was very fast and even let me take a closer look at the work. Prices were comparable and competitive with the regular service center. Will be coming here from now on!

I live in New York, just recently moved here to transfer to USF. My Mercedes c300 was making a weird noise after driving 1200 miles down, I didn’t know who to bring it to and I got recommended to this shop. I was skeptical at first because I didn’t know the surrounding area or ever heard of the shop, but I went through with Ahmed and he took very good care of me. Price was very reasonable and 10/10 would recommend

I received over & beyond customer service. I was highly impressed that my vehicle issue was resolved at an affordable cost and timeframe! I was not expecting to get my vehicle back in a day. I experienced a coolant leak that resulted in replacement of multiple parts. Ahmed assisted with education on my BMW 330i, ensuring all parts are from BMW directly and even followed up after repairs to inquire on how vehicle was running! I will definitely be returning & recommended services for any BMW owners.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would ! Ahmed and Nolan did an amazing job on my BMW M4! They were fast and the service was awesome! I would highly recommend this place for all BMW owners! They have trained professionals on call! Great pricing! My car has never run better. What was fixed: Valve cover and valve cover gasket replaced. As well as new ignition coils and spark plugs!

This place is fantastic! Brought in my 2018 5 series for routine maintenance items, which were performed at the quality level of the dealership without the dealer markup. When additional work was needed, a video showing why was sent to me. Work was completed on a Saturday, quicker than any other shop I’ve been to. Follow up after the repair made me feel like a valued customer. Great pricing, honest owners, and quality work. Definitely coming back for service on my BMW!

Top of the line customer service the mechanic there was always on point. We have came with our vehicle which is a Mercedes-Benz. It's hard for a lot of people to fix at times, but this is by far the best mechanic ever on Hillsborough he has done above and beyond to make sure that he gets a stamp approval. He is very patient with you when he is explaining what is wrong in detail with your automotive. I will recommend this shop to anyone. We recommend Mini Cooper owners to not get this service. The owner/only employee reassure that he has experience in Mini, charged around $250 for the evaluation and then referred us to a dealership. When the dealership review ed our car, the fix was an easy one.
