I had a wonderful experience buying my first bike ever. Joey and the rest of the staff were very nice and super helpful. I specifically liked how knowledgeable Joey was about the bike and how transparent he was throughout the process. The purchasing process was easy and efficient. I love my new bike and will definitely go back to BMW motorcycles of San Francisco when I am in the market for another bike. I highly recommend this place.

I had the pleasure of working with Mike and Joey for my 2023 F900R, and I had a lovely experience. This was my very first motorcycle purchase, and both - Mike and Joey made the process super simple! Joey was super nice and helpful, and stayed back after hours to help me finish up the financing promo for F900R’s, while going through each step patiently. He also set me up for success by answering all questions about BMW accessories, which was super helpful. I would strongly recommend BMW SF for your next motorcycle purchase! 😊

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff that are never pushy or make you feel pressured. Happily let me take a bike out for an extended test ride (just shy of an hour). They actually remember the bikes I’m interested in and will proactively email me about deals and arriving bikes that fits the bill. I haven’t owned a bmw bike yet but when the time comes I’d happily get one from SF BMW!

Extraordinary customer service. There was a misunderstanding about the price of parts for my BMW because the parts guy made a mistake and I left furious... An hour later Mike the parts manager called me and spent 20 minutes on the phone with me researching what happened and resolving the issue. Really appreciate a company that follows through. Cheers

Joey was super patient and worked hard to get me on a CE 02 even though I missed the preorder deadline. He answered all of my annoying emails and let me demo the bike to make sure it was just right for me. Everything came together in a matter of days, and couldn't have been easier considering the demand for the bike. Thanks Joey!

Took care of everything I needed and got a price for the bike I was trading in around 20 minutes. I have purchased a total of 7 Brand new bikes from the middle of 2021 to the latest bike from BMW OF San Francisco. And traded in 6 bikes and all of the other dealers I dealt with all took a lot of my time like a day to get things done. They were all playing games all the time and I never felt that I was getting any respect from them. They all took time trying to confuse me acting like I do not know what I am doing when I paid CASH for all my purchases. They will never get my business again. I recommend anybody interested to buy a buy to come to BMW OF San Francisco to get the best deal ever. They get a 5 STAR RATING FROM ME AS IN FOOD 3 Michillin Star. Will be doing business with them in the future. They Earned my Business. See Joey he will be straight with You

Amazing experience. Everyone there was very knowledgeable and informative. I worked with Joey to pick out the exact build I wanted for a new GS and when it came time to buy I was in and out within an hours time. Joey was extremely helpful with picking out the proper loan options for me as well as walking me through additional maintenance services that BMW has to offer and even explained which one's would be beneficial for me and which one's wouldn't. Thank you all, I will be back for more when the time comes :)
