My experience with this dealership is very bad... the attention and service provided by the workshop employees who attend to the customer is terrible... they never have a prompt solution to the customer's problems and it is always a problem and an excuse to achieve get a solution to the customer's problems, in my opinion I regret having bought a BMW, I think that at Honda they gave me a better and excellent service, I should not have made the change

If you own a Mini, don’t bring it here for oil changes…they’re not a certified Mini dealer…even though Mini is technically a BMW…so they will charge you for your free maintenance plan that comes with the vehicle…🙄

Once loved this place…I purchased the 3 year oil change special in 2021… didn’t know that they will not change my oil each year as recommended, since I didn’t reach the mileage. When I called to make an appointment… I was told that it didn’t matter if my mileage wasn’t reached, and that my car was not driven much… that an oil change must be done each year… when I informed them of my 3 year oil purchase special…that quickly changed. It is going on 3 years without an oil change on my BMW Z4 unless I pay for it.

I have been to BMW service centers in Miami (Braman), Lexington (Don Jacobs) and Milwaukee (International Autos) to service my 2016 2 series, and the one in Louisville was by far the best. I walked in with no appointment but advisor Blake O'Brien came and got me set up with an oil change immediately. Well done.

Airbag recall appointment scheduled at 11:30am. Work started at 1:30pm (I know I waited). And finished a couple hours later. They were polite and did the work. Just drop your car off.

I've owned four BMW F10 5 Series sedans and they've all been serviced by BMW of Louisville. There's an excellent waiting room upstairs which has plenty of space and outlets to plug in your laptop to get some work done and even break out rooms for conducting private conference calls. The 2nd floor waiting room also has an excellent windowed view of the service bays so that you can watch your Bimmer being worked on. What I appreciate most, is that that their Service consultants go the extra mile to solve problems rather than log you in, take your money and send you off. Adam Giles has gone above and beyond numerous times to assist me with warranty work and service reccomendations. Listen, being a BMW owner is not an inexpensive title to hold and if you want these quality vehicles to be taken care of properly then there's a cost involved. While, there are a few other choices in Louisville, BMW of Louisville has been loyal to me and I shall reciprocate the act by being a loyal customer.

Made online appointment on Monday ( admittedly a holiday) for next day at 11:30 a.m.. Cleared my morning, got a babysitter and took half day of work to drive to the BMW Service Louisville from Springfield, KY an hour away and an hour back to get an oil change. I showed up at 11:25 a.m. and started checking in and then the service advisor proceeds to tell me they were not ready for me and it would take about 2 hours to get an oil change! Why didn’t they email or call me this morning to say they couldn’t do an oil change. It takes 10 minutes to change oil. Yet I wasted gas, and two hours of driving and they can’t just do a quick oil change that I had an appointment for. It’s my fault for making an online appointment? Why even offer it if you can’t honor the appointment. I had respect to be there on time, yet no respect for me the customer and my time. The last repair took them 5-6 days to even check my vehicle that just sat there in their lot for a week, to tell me they just got to it and needed to order a part that could take a few days to get, they could have already had the part there in the 6 days of waiting. 9 days for a 45 minute repair. This dealership makes me want to sell my BMWs.

Upon my second visit to speak with the manager of the service department I had a better understanding of the process they use to begin there diagnostics of a vehicle. I was also able to speak with one of there lead technicians and he showed me the air leak my car has, and basically why they were unable to fully diagnose my car by their standards. So I am very happy with the service center probably won't take my car back to them simply do to the high cost... most of the work that gets done is warranty work on newer cars, my car is a 2004 330ci, so no warranty any work to be done gets done by me because I'm not paying $200+ an hour for labor. Call me cheap but I was able to diagnose and fix my car in 20 min with a $12 Bluetooth OBD2 scanner.

Excellent customer service from Mick. Not only did I get my oil changed and my car washed but I also got my tire plugged for free! The wait wasn't too long and the complimentary chips and waters were a boss amenity. Cant wait to go back for my next service date.

Great customer service with accurate diagnosis and neat, quality work. I have an older BMW e39 and they always treat me as if its a new vehicle. Would recommend to anyone looking for mechanical work done on their BMW's.

It is impossible to schedule an appointment online!! The web application is SLOW and BROKEN! Believe me I'm doing software development for a living and I know what I'm talking about! It takes minutes to move from page to page and when the final step is performed there are all kind of errors! This is unacceptable for a dealer that want to service high end luxury vehicles! @BMWOfAmerica should do something about this!!

Worst appointment scheduling experience of all time! Don't bother trying to use the online tool. Keep calling (which will be ultra slow too) until you get a person to talk to about scheduling service. When the person finally answers they are very helpful. This is very frustrating!
