Mary was not only pleasant and professional but she went out of her way to find me a loaner call when I arrived with my 19th month old in hand to drop off my vehicle for servicing. Communications was great. Good customer service. My car was taken care of in a professional and expedited manner. I appreciate receiving text notification of when my vehicle is ready for pick up. Highly recommend coming here for your BMW car servicing needs.

I have used BMW of Tulsa a few different times for service on my vehicle, but this last was what really showed their character to me. They are trustworthy and they do the right thing. Jack is by far the best service associate you could ever ask for. If you get paired with him you are in good hands.

sales staff was patient and extremely helpful. everything was under construction and a lot of distractions around us but staff stayed focused and driven to assist me and my customers needs with his 540i

Bailey delivered an all around exceptional experience. Helped me get in and out on a tight timeline, and when parts had to be ordered. Attention to detail and communication were top notch. Much appreciated!

I absolutely love how Taylor Hawkins always takes care of his customers in the service area. There is another younger gentleman there that is super sweet and kind he takes care of you as well I wish I knew his name.

Needed service but wanted to get a quote beforehand, spent two days calling and no one could tell me the hourly labor rate. How can you be a service advisor or work in service and not know your own labor rate? I’ve been told I’ll get a callback and no answer. Or I’ve called and gotten hung up on or left on hold for 20 minutes for a simple question that 4 different people can’t seem to answer. Very unprofessional. Will not be considering BMW of Tulsa ever for service, and I’ll be sure to mention on social media how horribly rude the service department is.

The service advisors try their best to help. Even though things get over looked. It pays to be customer friendly after all alot of peoples are taking off work or time to make the best of the stay for maintenance 🤔 Loaner cars are generally scheduled way out so your having to sit in a room, with a TV 📺 plus youngsters on their 'game' screen phone, & other folks present. Guardians are in their own world and their children are sitting next to patrons talking Loud among themselves to them themselves!!

They got my car in gave me a diagnostic review and helped me with my options. There service was prompt and professional. Everyone treated me with respect and kindness. Idk what it's like to purchase a vehicle here though I only had the fix my car if you have a BMW this is the best place to get things done.

10/12/2022 while on my way to Tulsa from Arkansas my 440i indicated the coolant level was low and needed immediate attention. Scared me to death…when I called Tulsa BMW service they were so nice; took me in and took care of the problem. I was so grateful and in my way to the airport. Come in for a 30min recall repair, 2 hours later a woman who came in after me for same thing is done, and I get told they are just starting and it will be another hour.

Purchased an i3 from these guys. Not to be trusted! Not only did they not tell the truth about the car, but about the price, the warranty, pretty much everything. Love the car, but when I called their service they said nothing was under warranty, even though they sold me a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty. One more thing I should not have trusted them about - it is a third party warranty with a $500 dollar deductible! Moral of the story - read everything, and carefully. In our case what they said and what the contracts said were two different things.

I would not recommend Tulsa BMW to my worst enemy. I am really let down. I was hoping they were the best around. I was let down to such a degree by their service, lack of customer care, and blatant lack of integrity. I took my car in for an oil change and now they are trying to say it’s needs 3800 oil pan replacement. The tech stripped the drain plug and tried to say it was like that.

Robert Morena is the best service consultant that I've had the pleasure of working with at BMW of Tulsa. He has always gone above and beyond to assist me and provide whatever I've asked. He always tries extra hard to accommodate me as a customer and I really appreciate him and his professionalism.
