Incredible service. My daughter was planning on driving back to university and LA to TX is a far drive. You need a good car to drive far. Tires, oil, engine. So many things can happen. I didn’t feel comfortable giving her My old car, but I bring it to Victor and in less than two days, she was on her way back to school. I cannot say enough about mechanics who are honest and reliable. I’m happy it all worked out.

Viktor did a fantastic job with my BMW-X3. My SUV was smoking a lot.. to the point that the smoke was getting inside the cabin while driving. It was really uncomfortable, and I was even getting headaches from the smell. My boyfriend was unable to take the car to our old mechanic (he had to do it. If I go as a female, there will always be extra charges). So, I got desperate trying to fix the issue. I ended up doing a Google search, and I found Viktor: incredible service! The day I called him, he showed up at my apartment. He explained in easy terms what the issue was with the engine. He also explained that it would take 4 hours to fix the multiple problems and gave me a reasonable price. We agreed on a different day for service, on which he was on time and, while working on my garage, kept me updated on the progress. When he was done, he showed me the old broken pieces, and he did his best to remove all the oil spilled on the engine (as I told him about the headaches while driving). In the end, he gave me a guarantee of his service...I actually called him back within the next few days as I kept perceiving a light smell of burned oil (obviously not as bad as before). He came and checked on the issue at no extra cost and explained that it was the remaining oil still burning under the engine, but if after 500 miles the issue persisted, then to call him again, and he would happily check on my car again. I really appreciate Viktor's patience and professionalism in being on top of the issues and his prompt response. From now on, I'll be working with Viktor since I just have to call him, and things will be taken care of ...without having to deal with anyone trying to take advantage of the situation.

My bmw had an oil leak and the brakes needed to be replaced. Viktor was responsive when I reached out to him, honest, reasonably priced and punctual. Viktor found the source of the oil leak, which was an old drain plug that should have been replaced by the last mechanic and replaced it with a new one. He also replaced my brakes and did all of his work within 2 hours as promised. I highly recommend him for his high level of professionalism and friendliness. I will definitely request his services in the future.

Perfect service! Very nice person and very honest. He never overcharge me and never tell me that I need extra work done one something else that is not broken. He’s very clean. You can feel that he love his job!! It’s not the first time I demand him. I was very happy to hear that he start his own business. So u know by that he wont charge you :)

Viktor is a LIFESAVER! I have a 10 year old BMW and it is my daily driver so it needs a lot of mechanic attention from time to time. He is always super efficient, quick, fair, and honest. Sometimes dealerships or mechanic shops overcharge (especially if you are a girl) so Viktor has been a lifesaver. I have recommended him to friends who have also been very happy with his work. He is very quick and efficient, shows up right on time for house calls and gets it done with ease.

I broke a screw when trying to replace my gasket valve cover, Viktor was very helpful in removing the stripped screw and finishing the job for me. He also let me know what parts were no good and where I could get them to replace them myself. 5 stars.

Victor is a professional at his work, very knowledgeable and respectful. Here in LA getting an honest quote and diagnosis of your car’s problems is rare to non existing. He is very honest. He is so knowledgeable that he uses normal language (oppose to technical jargon) to explain the problem and offers you a solution or a fix. I really appreciated him coming to me because I could not drive my car. He was very fast and my car was fixed. As a female I highly recommend his services. He loves dogs too, my dog was in love with him.

Viktor is knowledgeable and skilled. He was the chief mechanic at the place I used to get my work done, but recently went out on his own. I went looking for him because I have always been happy with his work. He has fixed oil leaks, replaced struts, saved my engine after my coolant hose ruptured and my wife drove the car without coolant. Today, he came to check out my check engine light. He quickly ran the error codes, saw that my #3 cylinder was the source. To see if it’s the spark plug or the cylinder itself, he basically had to remove the various engine coverings to access the spark plug. Long story short, he replaced all my spark plugs and my car runs great again. Viktor doesn’t push additional repairs, but willing to do some additional maintenance items for me that I requested. I appreciate his thoroughness, quick work, and very reasonable prices. I know that I will need him again soon with a 14 year old car and 170,000 miles, but thankful to have Viktor available.

I just got an oil change for my benz and I was having a terrible time resetting my service message. I did not want to take my car to the dealership all on a crazy weekday because I know they will charge me a lot for it. It was a Sunday and most mechanic places are close and the ones that were open, did not want to take my car because it was a tech thing and I was told required someone that focus more on European cars. I Found Victor and Messaged him. He sent me a video on instructions on how to reset it on my own because it was really simple. It didn’t work at first so Viktor w his busy schedule was willing to come through and meet me at my location to check the car out and The fact he was willing to do that w this heat, is what I call excellent service. I eventually manage to reset my my service message. Thank you Viktor! Will def go to u for any car needs. 👍

Viktor is a miracle from God!! 🙌🏽 My car wouldn’t turn on and I kept getting notifications to charge my battery. In search for assistance from a BMW certified technician, I stumbled upon Viktor and I am ever so glad that I did. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and THOROUGH when it comes to working on your car. He treats it like it’s his own and will answer any and every question you have through Google Translate. He even taught me a little Russian haha! Logistics (HE COMES TO YOU!): I texted Viktor and he responded immediately with a diagnosis, estimate and his availability. He not only came on the day he was available, but he came EARLY and finished the job within less than an hour. Truly amazing! On top of that, he charges 1/3 of what the BMW dealership will cost you. Top notch service. Highly skilled and knowledgeable. Will let you know exactly what you need. Can confirm he is an expert. I was looking to do a modification on my car. I did a ton of research on my Mini Cooper S and was ready to do it myself. Instead, I found Viktor. I pointed out the small details I learned through YouTube videos. And he said no worries. Victor is a very efficient mechanic. He diagnosed the problem very quickly. I took my Beamer to 2 other mechanics who also charged me more without fixing problems. Major work was done in a few hours not days. My Beamer has been running like a sewing machine ever since. His prices are better than dealer and less time and wait as Victor comes to you.
