i was nice over the phone, asked for an owner and whoever answers the phone needs to be fired. asked to speak to a manager or owner because i had a specific question, he asks, “do you know his name” i was like… “i’m not sure, would just like to speak with them” and he has the audacity to say “ok, call back when you can figure out their name” so then i had to do a google search for the owners name who seems like a really nice person compared to his employees. i call back and ask for “eric” and he says he’s not in right now and i can leave a message. so i ask when’s a good time to call back which is a normal question? and he says no, you can leave a message, cusses under his breath and hangs up. horrible service. would never come here, or eric needs to get better employees who know how to be polite and have basic manners. that attitude especially to someone who approached you with a good tone and attitude is insane, will get you nowhere. can’t help but feel bad for this individual, must have had a rough childhood or is miserable to be acting this way. if you read this you suck, i was so nice to you and didn’t deserve to be treated that way.

Erik is honest, fair, and dependable as well as a very talented mechanic. Been using him for all my new vehicles for maintenance I rather go to him than for a few years now and haven't had any problems. If there are post-repair issues, he'll do whatever it takes to make you happy -- without the typical dealer repair shop attitude. It's nice to have a good local business that is honest

I asked one of the mechanics if they can check under my car, they had the nerve to tell me it will be $50 for them to check it. Just because I’m a girl doesn’t mean you get to take advantage of me. It should be free to at least check and then give me a price so you can fix it. It be your own people smh

Best garage in the Trenton area! They do great work, and fast! Yea, you might have to wait a little, but you aren’t waiting days for basic needs. He’s quick with ordering parts and communication. Great prices with great work!

Eric is super nice and understanding. He makes sure everything is explained fully. I know very little about cars or why exactly my car breaks down. Eric makes sure everything is up to date and fixed correctly. Even if it's a minor thing he takes the time to help me out.

I swear to God don’t take your car here for the love of Jesus every time I take my car here to get fixed the job wasn’t done right and they alway broke something else they put a ac compressor on me car and almost damage my motor luckily I noticed something wasn’t right and took it else where by the time I got there my serpentine belt was hanging on by a thread PLEASE!! Do not take your car here if you need it to get around in PLEASE!!
