They always try to scare you into buying a new cabin filter for like $70 by taking it out and showing you how dirty it is. Yeah, no thanks, I can do it in 2 minutes for about $15. And you could too since you already took it out of the car to show me. It’s a predatory and unethical practice. Not the friendliest service folk in general.

They did the necessary repairs satisfactorily, but when we picked up the car the battery was dead. They charged the battery and didn't charge for the service, however it would be nice to know why it went dead.
