Fantastic store! Locally owned and operated! They were highly recommended by my best friend and did not disappoint. They figured out our problem and had us back on the road in two days for a very fair price. They were trustworthy, knowledgeable, and honest. We now have a new mechanic and shop.

Great mechanics they explained what and why you need a certain repair. Even showed me wear my leak was coming from. Honest people will save you money! They do just that!!!

They were great . my car had a blown head casket. It was a new motor. Just put in 1 1/2 years?ago. He talk to jasper engines and now I get a new one . they will get u back on the road FAST.

Amazing shop! Locally owned! Came as a recommendation from my best friend and they did not disappoint. Figured out our problem, and had us back on the road within 2 days and the price was very reasonable. They were honest, dependable and knowledgeable. We now have a new shop and mechanics.

Worse auto repair service ever!!!! Went to get a battery put into my car, the same day I picked it up my car after paying $330, it went completely dead with my 1yr old daughter in the car! I had to get towed to the dealership, because this place isn’t open on the weekend. The dealership ran a diagnostic test and found not only did Bob’s auto service put the wrong battery in my car, but they installed incorrectly as well!! I called Bob and spoke with the receptionist and mechanic Kevin, who were both unapologetic! And basically stating they did nothing wrong! PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE GO TO THE UNCREDITED AUTO REPAIR SHOP! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN! LESSON LEARNED!!

I think I found my new mechanic! David at Bob Schoen came recommended by a friend after telling him I didn't care for my mechanic and was looking for a second opinion on some car trouble. They trouble shot my vehicle called me with a detailed analysis, made the reasonable fixes and provided me with full understanding of the situation and their recommendations. I live in New Albany my old mechanic was 2 miles away, I will drive to Bob's and take an Uber all day long! Thank y'all.
