I went in with my car. They did the job and messed up my radiator fan. I had to fix it myself. Also the prices are overpriced. They charged me $150 for a job my mechanic told me $50. My mechanic wasn’t open so I had to go to them. Worst place ever. They definitely know how to talk out their a$$ half the issues they mentioned weren’t even present on my car. Needless to say I will NOT be going there again. Edit: Of course you guys don't have me listed as a customer, you guys only accept cash as payment 🙄. Such a scummy business... Smh

They changed all four of my tires and balanced it very quick and great. Also this was my second wheel alignment here and they took their time and got it accurate! The best part is they work late and I never have time to come, which is amazing! Thank you Bobby auto!!

Don’t go this shop. They gys dont know how to do workk. Even i went this few days agoo. They did not find the problem. Or alsoo charge me fees N doing nothingg. Im not recommending to anyone to go there.

Those guys who work night shifts are total assholes, they rip you apart with prices and not tell you with the problem is. Definitely not recommending this to anyone unless you got patience and money for such a crap service.

being their regular customer for years but not going anymore every time i go there after a month or 2 for service with my own parts or my own oil prices are increased by 20% wow guys please stop robbing like this and lower your prices. like inflation going down and your labor prices going up like crazy. like seriously 20% every 2 months????

I had a mystery with my 2021 Kia Forte, when new rear tires go to the bold condition just within a couple of thousand miles. Being a returning customer I went straight to Bobby's and was told that the whole rear axle beam needs to be replaced due to being slightly bent, that was unnoticeable for me. As an investigative individual with some knowledge of cars I decided to get an alternative opinion. As I expected, every place I visited told me something new, but not making sense based on my knowledge. So I decided to proceed with the full replacement of the rear axle beam. To my great surprise, the car took alignment perfectly and drives like new again. Thank you guys for your experience and up-to-date equipment!
