You are better off having a blind monkey work on your vehicle than to take your vehicle to this buisiness the owner does nothing but drink beer all day and will lie about everything to try to rip you off.trust me if he is opening his mouth he is being dishonest not only is he beligerant with customers he is also the same with his employees.i would look anywhere else for a automotive shop even a 1 star shop would be 100 percent better than this place.

Me and my family have been dealing with Bobby automotive for over 12 years. My son Mike told me about him and I’ve recommended several people and they all ended up happy with the service received. I definitely would give him a 5 Star rating.

This is the very last place to take your car! I called him to ask him do he work on BMW? He said yes bring it to the shop. I did he said I needed to give him $360 as a deposit which he called me about ten times until I told I have no family here and didn't have a way up there. I took the money the next day on a Monday. He said he had to replace a part and had the get it from BMW. He said my car would be ready on Thursday so I called him for a update he didn't answer, I got a text message saying Friday it would be ready. I called him Friday he told me he was helping his daughter move. Saturday he didn't answer at all on Monday I went by his shop he was not there. Later that day I called him he said I don't work on BMW like that u was trying to help you out. I'm going to give you $100 back and I'm going to tow your BMW to the dealership. How you going to tell me what you are doing with my car? I said thank you but no thank you I will take Care of it. I asked a good friend to go pick up the $100 he would give to her said he only had $4 on him. Every time you go there he is drinking beer OE chasing a women

Did work on my mom’s husband’s truck and tried to keep the new parts. Luckily we checked after we picked the truck up and noticed nothing was done. Went back and he had the parts on his bench claiming that he was about to give us a call back. Don’t take your car to this shop unless you want to be scammed for your hard earned money.

He strung me alone with many reasons why he could not be there to receive my car then when AAA was in it way to pick my car up to bring it to him he said he wasn't going to fix it. He was very unprofessional and I am glad he did nit put his hand on it. I ended up going to American auto garage on Atlantic blvd.

This is exactly why I don’t deal with black establishments. I dropped off my vehicle to be fixed and someone broke into my car and Mr. Bobby tells me it’s not his fault that’s the tow people problem. Then goes on to say that’s the city’s problem. They broke into my shop as well. I don’t have anything to do with that. Well we’re going to see because the sheriffs office says there’s no reports and also you received my truck by excepting the keys that made you liable and responsible for my vehicle. You should have parked my vehicle in your lot instead, you left it on the outside don’t get your car service at this address

Tried to take my truck there to check out a noise it's making. Dude wouldn't shut his mouth long enough to hear anything. Then suggested I get it diagnosed elsewhere and then bring it to him to fix...... 😭😭😭😭 What kinda world are we living in?

Untrustworthy! Unprofessional! Would not recommend this so called mechanic shop to anyone. Very Shady, didn’t do the brake job correctly, and kept coming up with new reasons to over charge me. I left and came back, they were drinking beer at the shop while working. Title says Bobby’s Garage and detailing, I wouldn’t even trust em to detail my truck/car.
