I walked in, and Jr. was friendly and ready to help. He documented my information and sent me on my way. I received a call, later that day and walked down to pick up my car; they had fixed my problem for a reasonable cost. I think I just might have a new shop!

I’m really happy with the service I got here. Everyone at this shop was extremely friendly and reasonable. They were great at communicating what was going on and had extremely reasonable rates. I’m glad i stumbled on this shop and I will definitely be back.

Bobby and Bubba are great mechanics to have in town. They were recommended to me by Denver and Stephanie from Imported Truck Service to work on my Ford truck. I appreciate Bubba and Bobby taking the time to explain to me what was wrong with my car and my options for fixing it. Prices are fair and reasonable. Not a long wait time to get the car in the shop. I recommend them to family and friends.

These guys are great ,Took my company truck in to get smog check,scheduled an appointment and it was in and out in 1/2 hr great service an people,update on Bobby's pit stop I had to get my car smogged because it was due in April but the check engine light came on took it to North bay Ford, it sat for 3 days because I didn't have an appointment, called Bobby's to see if he could help me ,and took it to them, they found the problem for the light and if it wasn't for the extended warranty problem I would of had it back that afternoon, they tried to file a claim for repairs with olive .Com but we found out they really suck when it comes time to spend their money anyway Bobby's took care of all my issues and gave good feedback on what was needed to get my car legal again and what I thought was a good price I will be returning to Bobby's pit stop any time I need a trustworthy auto shop and smog inspection

Arrived home from an overseas trip & my car was dead on arrival when I got to long term parking & although AAA got it going there was something seriously wrong with it & I barely got it home on 1/2 power. Called Bobby’s on a recommendation from a friend who had good experiences with them & although they couldn’t fit me in ‘till Tues (called midday on Thurs) they correctly diagnosed the problem over the phone & suggested I try disconnecting the battery, wait 10 seconds & then start & run the car for 30 mins … which totally reset the car & it’s now back to 100% 🙌 Appreciate the willingness to help, the industry knowledge to diagnose the problem correctly & the ethics to take care of your customers 1st … Fair Play & Thanks 👍

Bobby's Pit Stop is fantastic! Especially Bobby (Jr?). My '93 Ford F250 had a 'death wobble' in the front end, and two other shops just shrugged their shoulders and said 'sorry, nothing we can do', but had no problem charging me for my troubles. Then, my brother referred me to Bobby's Pit Stop. Bobby and his team did a thorough inspection, diagnosed the issue(s), and proposed a fix. The entire front end suspension needed to be replaced, and for a truck of this vintage, the parts were not readily available, so Bobby hit the phones, and within a few days, he found all of the necessary components at various places around the country! Who does that?! I initially balked at the price to repair the truck (it's old, and it was a TON of parts and labor to make it safe again) but Bobby didn't blink or pressure me into moving forward with the repairs. Then, when I saw what it was gonna cost me to replace it with a similar truck, I called him and asked him if he could still get all the parts. So back to phones he went, got everything shipped to the shop that he needed to make the repairs in about a week, and had the thing completely rebuilt in 2.5 days. I'm so glad I trusted these guys to fix my truck! It runs like new and I love it. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for an honest, reputable mechanic. There's not many of them left!

My car broke down on Christmas night(alternator). I was able to get my car in to Bobby's on Tuesday the next day and had it fixed by Wednesday. They were so quick with the repairs and got me back in my car. Definitely recommend if you need help with your car.

I took my Mazda 3 in to have it checked as I had been neglecting it since I purchased it used in 2017. I was fearing the worst and some expensive services on it. None of that, they just did an oil change, replaced the air filter, rotated the tires (they need to be changed they told me), inspected the car and told me everything was good. They also fixed a part under the car that I had broken. They were professional and very easy to work with. They were very honest and told me that I should shop around for tires as they didn't have the best deals on them. Staff is super friendly and their customer service is outstanding. I think I have found my forever auto repair shop! I will definitely be back for any work I need done in future.

I was reccomended to Bobby's Pit Stop because my 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee kept intermittently dying. I've had this issue for the past several months and was never able to pin point the issue. I brought it into Bobby's Pit Stop to try to get some answers. They kept it for 2 weeks until it finally died and they were able to pin point it to the ECU (computer). They ordered the part and installed it and I had my car back 2 days later! I am forever grateful for Bobby's Pit Stop!!!

Very efficient and professional shop. I was looking for a smog inspection for a pre 90's vehicle--not the easiest thing to find nowadays --and Bobby's did it in a timely manner for a reasonable price. Recommended.
