We brought our Forester in because of a weird fishtailing issue on snow and high speeds. We have seen the dealer 3 times and 2 other tire dealers. Shawn spent more time with us explaining possible issues than the other 5 companies combined. He cares about his craft & his customers. Keep up the good work!

I cannot recommend these guys enough. I used to go to Firestone, and Bailey's Garage is dramatically lower in price and better in service, along with a really friendly staff. Extremely honest as well, even when it will make them less money. They saved my a** more then once, and are the reason my Subaru is running happily and not in a junkyard.

This place is great! I had problems with both my ABS and A/C on my Subaru which had been looked at by other people who either didn't know how to fix them or claimed it would take too much time (and therefore money) to figure the problems out. Shawn identified the problems, and allowed me to decide whether or not to move forward with the fixes by communicating how much they would cost. After I said yes, was able to correct the problems quickly and cheaper than I had been quoted elsewhere. He is trustworthy, a very hard worker, and easy to work with. Next time my Subaru needs something, I will definitely be going back!

When I got a new (to me) Subaru in October I took it this shop because of the Google reviews. I have to say they are 100% correct. Shawn is an awesome and honest guy. One of the things I wanted him to do, he told me straight out that he could do what I wanted but the risk wouldn't be worth the reward (banging out a real lug nut stud). Towards the end he called me over to show me that my radiator cap wasn't holding the pressure it should and that one of the radiator hoses was starting to crackle under load. He just asked if I wanted him to take care of those because it would still be under what he quoted me for originally. I won't take my suby anywhere else and I'd recommend Shawn to anyone!

Absolutely the best shop! Excellent customer service and best pricing. My husband had a burnt out clutch today mid-way on his trip from Ft Hood, Texas coming home to Washington for holidays. The dealership couldnt fit him in the schedule, so he was refered to Bob's. Not only did they find the parts and completely the service in several short hours and got him back on the road, their cost was also $400 less than what the dealership quoted. My husband says the car runs great now. Thank you guys so much! And wish you guys have a great Thanksgiving!

Bob's Foreign is under new ownership: Shawn and Jenna! They are motivated and capable and deserve your trust and respect. I took my Forester to them after an unfortunate dealership experience and I've been nothing but pleased ever since. Shawn is a master at his trade and will not rest until he has located and fixed your issue. Shawn and Jenna are honest and fair. Shawn's the best. I've been looking for a capable, experienced Subaru mechanic for my Sti since I moved here a year and a half ago. Shawn installed a new clutch, and fixed a nagging leak on the turbo oil drain with a creative and robust solution, all at very reasonable cost. Thanks! I will definitely be back for all the work that I can't do myself.

Best car repair experience ever! Took my Saabaru in (passing another place I had gone to in the past) and found an honest, great value and beyond expectations level of service. I really hope any one with a Subaru (ya..., you know who you are... I'm talkin to you!) or other foreign car and you are still looking for great service and fair treatment I can't recommend this place enough! 6 stars on a 5 star scale -- THAT GOOD!

Dropped my 05 Sti off yesterday at Bob's Foreign Auto, inc. for a timing belt service and diagnosis on my rear breaks. Shawn the owner was very helpful, calling me with updates and letting me know exactly what was going on with my car. I stopped by this morning to see how everything was going, and to my surprise my car had been finished. Shawn went out of his way, staying late to make sure my car was done and done correctly. By far the BEST experience I have ever had at the mechanics. I will be going back, I would recommend this shop to anyone. Great people, great service, great prices. Where has this shop been my whole life.

I brought my 2004 WRX STi to Bob's after it started running badly. During the whole process, Shawn called me up to discuss what my options were and what had happened to cause the issue. Aside from waiting for an aftermarket part to come in (which was not their fault), they fixed it, cleaned up my engine and even refilled my A/C, all for an extremely fair and reasonable price. I would highly recommend Bob's for anyone, regardless of what make your car is.

I visited Bob's about 3 months ago after having my 2006 STi misdiagnosed by a local dealership. The issue turned out to be complete compression failure in one cylinder and partial in another. I worked with Shawn, who was very helpful in explaining the issue, fix action, and cost. The entire process was great. Bob's provided transportation to a rental shop, regularly updated me on their progress, provided an unbeatable cost estimate and even worked overtime to ensure my car was fixed in time for the weekend. My car feels so much more responsive and my gas mileage has improved dramatically. I will continue to take my car to Bob's and highly recommend them.

The new owners (Shawn and Jenna) are great. I took in my Volkswagen Touareg and they were able to quickly replace the front brakes and rotors, fix my air bag and grease my door (it was squeaky). They sacrificed there Friday night to have the car fixed.
