I hit a curb in Indianapolis causing multiple lights to illuminate. I inspected and found no immediate damage but still needed it checked out. Bollings gave me an estimate in minutes then took my car to fix a control arm with a alignment. It was finished within 2 hours and was cheaper than what they estimated. We'll definitely use them again

They fixed the problem, did not try to do unnecessary work. Price's are not escalated. nice people and honest. Very important in a world of people out to get money. They fixed the problem quickly and I will use them for all repairs from now on.

This is the second time I brought my Wife's vehicle to Bolling's for evaluation and they gave me their evaluation at no charge, and were correct. The first time, worn tires were the cause of the noise I thought was a front differential problem, it was not. The second time was for a "check engine light" and subsequent engine miss that went away two days later when I bought the vehicle to Bolling's. I still don't know the cause of the issue, as Mercedes does not store the history of check engine warnings and causes. I was disappointed with Mercedes for this situation because even my 10 year old Ford F150 has the ability to do that!

Whatever you do avoid having work done here. Dropped vehicle off to be diagnosed and possibly worked on that they "specialized" in. They said they could fix the issue. They said they "knew" what the issue was. Then over a series of weeks managed to destroy the vehicle. The car has parts missing, electrical issues, and is now a paper weight. What started off as a minor issue with suspension has turned into the destruction of the vehicle. I've had other mechanics look at the car sense and they're blown away by how bad the car was just thrown together. Parts that don't even belong on the car added and parts that need to be on the car are gone! These guys havent stood by their work at all. They destroy your stuff, leave you hanging, and take your money. Avoid this place at all cost.

Do not buy from these hacks. Do not take your car to get worked on here. These cars are pieced together pieces of garbage! They leave parts off your car, cut parts off your car, and will mess it up more than before. Absolutely DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these frauds.

Wouldn't recommend them to anyone! Took our Outlander Sport to them about two months ago to fix an oil leak and a coolant leak as well as some other smaller issues. Our car smelled of cigarettes (we don't smoke). They removed the cabin air filter but didn't replace it, also didn't put the hydrologics back on the glove box. They replaced the air filter in the engine but didn't clip it in. They didn't top off the fluids after fixing the leaks. Didn't even fix the coolant leak. They broke the clips that hold some of the buttons in place (anti skid and the info button) Overall a bad place to get any work done. It was very sloppy for the $1500+ worth of work we payed for. After speaking to others who have used them, they also agree the work wasn't worth it.

Took a bit to get an appointment, but came highly recommended. Drop off was easy with a secured key drop. Repair was a bit more than expected, but done and back on the road in quick order. On pickup, the repair amount actually came in less than quoted. Came with a 12 month warranty. You get what you pay for with Bolling's. I'd use them again! And they were very professional and kind!

I have lost total confidence in this place for car repairs. I have a Land Rover that I started having problems with so I took it to Bolling's. A diagnosis was made from my description of the problem. They worked on it and had it for a week and 1/2 that I was out of town. When I picked it up, it was smoking as I had never seen it smoke before. Returned the car to them and they did a lot more work on it. Picked it up again, and drove it home. I had a tow truck pick it up and returned it to the shop. When I picked it up the third time, I returned it, again. This time I talked to the shop owner and he said I could bring it back and he would make it right. I have not taken it back, no confidence in the shop or my car. Already into it for $7000, more than it is worth so it sits in my driveway.

I will never bring my car back to be serviced here again. Warranty work had my car 2 weeks for a 13 hour job. Which they had the parts the next day to fix my car. Then get my car back less than a week later to be back in their shop. Charged another deductible, told my car is fixed... AFTER THEY PUT NEW PARTS ON MY CAR before getting it approved through my warranty, for me to pick my car up leave 10 mins down the road to come back because my car still isn't fixed. I will never be back. Charged my warranty for 2 hours of work for them working on my car today 15 mins

They're supposed to be foreign car specialist and supposed to work on all foreign cars if you take a real car like a Saab in there to have it worked on they won't touch it

This at one time was one of the two best places to take any car, truck and SUV to be worked on. In the last 6 months the customer service is suffering tremendously, it difficult to refer anyone to take their vehicle there now verses 6 months ago.
