I had one (1) of my truck's tires looked at, and I was advised that everything was okay. Then, two (2) weeks later, I had the same issue with the same tire. I took my truck to another tire repair and found out that Border Tire had forgotten to put a lug nut back on my tire. Immediately, I reached out to Border Tire. I spoke with the manager and advised him of the issue. He said he would look into it and would call me back right away. Here we are one (1) week later, and not even a courtesy call. I'm concerned because this is a pickup truck. I can't even imagine what happens with the 18-wheelers.

Our tech Sammy showed up in 109° heat to do a roadside tire change on our tractor trailer. Did an awesome job. Asset to the company!!! Thanks!!!

Since November they picked up 10 tires have called and talk to district manager store manager no wait store manager never available only got on txt from him and never heard from him again to find out what happened to the tires for casing beware doing business with them..

2hrs for a flat!! It's sounds like I'm exaggerating but I'm not. No one checked up on me until I started asking around. It's called courtesy check up to the client.

Very nice people. FCFS. Quick to give me a dock. Fairly fast on the unload, too! I would be more than happy to deliver here again.
