This man is a scam and I’m contacting the authorities. I brought my 2014 Kia Rio in for a new catalytic converter. He installed one that was not up to new emissions standards and charged me 1200. It wasn’t until calling another mechanic to find out why my check engine was still on that I found out that part that he used was ILLEGAL. He paid $300 and charged me 1200. I am currently taking this issue up with the authorities.
