They are fantastic. My Ram had a bad VVTS. Was told by a dealership I would need to leave it with them for four or five days. I stopped by Borst Auto to see what they could do. I left it with them Monday afternoon and had it back Tuesday afternoon. Less than 24 hours. Excellent customer service!!

Was given a quote on new tires, wheel, alignment filters, etc. Was kept informed on pricing, job was completed as per quotation and I am very satisfied. Service advisor handled things very professionally. Thank you.

The service was great and office staff were very friendly. My appointment was for 9am - at 10am my vehicle was still outside. I would suggest if you set a waiting appointment- try to be on time.

It’s never fun to learn of major repairs needed on my vehicle. I had been told by a different place that my 1500 Ram had a blown head gasket. The team at Borst diagnosed that the gasket was NOT leaking and saved me multiple thousands of dollars. There were some significant maintenance and a couple immediate repairs unrelated. The guys communicated every step of the way, made sure I knew exactly what the issue was and the solution. Moreover, I knew the end price to the penny before work was done. Hands down the best communication and follow thru I’ve ever experienced. Shout out to Eric - Service Advisor and Mitch - Store Manager, and whomever did the work to the truck - Great Job!!

I really enjoyed Borst.They explained everything to me.Showed me pictures, had shuttle when they needed your car longer, were very nice and pleasant and a great overall experience. I would recommend them. They also listen to you when you talk to them about your car.

Very kind, very professional, very thorough. Keep u updated at all times. I waited for my vehicle and lots of treats available if I had wanted them. Good work done. My oil was last changed by jiffy lube and they left the screws loose. Also my head lights are clear and brighter now. Thank you for ur work

This is my 2nd time going to Borst Automotive for service. They had previously given me a list of maintenance items that needed attention. I had them take care of everything on the list yesterday. They got it all done in one day, providing me with a free loaner car. This is a good place to go for thorough auto servicing.
