Very clean and professional workplace staffed by knowledgeable people. Prices are fair and the quality of their work is excellent. These guys are straight shooters that can explain the problem and needed repairs in great detail if you wish. Highly recommended!

Change oil is good. Estimates for repairs don’t make sense. You don’t make same repairs to older cars as new cars. Estimate of over $6k repairs to car worth $3k.

I recently had an emissions test and it failed. I went to Borst Automotive to have it fixed so it would pass. They were very nice and provided shuttle service and within two days the repairs were done. They even took the vehicle back to the emissions for me. It passed and I was so grateful for their service. I highly recommend them.

Once again, Borst goes to the head of the class! I am so proud of Borst for maintaining their perfect customer service, and because now that I am retired, it is way too far to use the other incredible garage for my service, that was on my way into the office. They made right a problem with my first oil change by giving me a free oil change on my second car. They redeemed a client and handled the issue in a professional way. I will be coming back.

This was my first visit to Borst Automotive. I had an appoint and arrived on time. The vehicle was inspected and I was called with the diagnosis in less than an hour. The problem was fixed in less than two hours and a generous coupon was used towards labor. I will not hestitate to use Borst Automotive for future repairs.

Gave Borst another chance, and they nailed it. Ari, someone new from my last visit, greeted me and remembered the appointment we set. Jason, the shuttle driver, is very friendly. The 10-point service check gave me a look at what is needed in the future for my car premaintenance and did not pressure me to get this done today they let me know what they found so I can plan my repairs on my time frame or I can get a second option but all n all great job Borst also get price on my oil change will be back.

I had an oil change and an alignment done. Not only did they have it done the time they said it would be done, they cleaned the exterior and put plastic and paper in the car to keep it clean. It was my 1st time going to Borst and will definitely come back since the alignment seems to have taken, as I noticed a big difference in how smooth my car drives. The employees I interacted with were all very nice and helpful. A friendly employee asked me if I needed a ride home too. 2 thumbs up 👍👍 for me and Borst Automotive... 😉

I needed an oil change the dealership is so far away. I got a coupon for Borst which is so close. I called and they could do it. They were so friendly and helpful and went over everything needed to and performed the necessary repairs. I would definitely recommend them by all means.

Make sure to get a second diagnosis on vehicle. My 95 year old grandmother brought her 2006 Hyundai in because it was leaking coolant and was told she needed a completely new cooling system from hoses, radiator, water pump, reservoir etc. She was quoted over $3000 and charged $150 just to tell her that. I then looked at vehicle and discovered it was just 1 heater hose that was bad and then had my findings confirmed by another trusted certified mechanic. Very unethical and outrageous that a shop would try and take advantage of a 95 year old and have the nerve to charge her prior to even ripping her off fully.

Usually getting car work done is boring. But the staff was really friendly and attentive plus their snacks and drinks are so vaired and tasty. Will definitely go back!!!
