Excellent customer service, just took my car in for an oil change and they washed it and rotated my tires. I have been taking my vehicles to them for over ten years. Always great service and if they find other issues I am always told before any work is done. Best shop in Tucson.

I was very happy with my experience at Borst Automotive. They are very busy so an appointment is necessary to get your car into the queue for that day's service. They did an oil change which was full-service. This included tire rotation, new oil and filter, fluid levels check, belts and computer systems check. They also include a car wash after. Gary is a very pleasant and professional service manager. The small waiting room is comfortable and clean and offers coffee, cold bottled water and snacks. My car would be there for a few hours but Gary offered their two-way shuttle sevice right away. The shuttle driver Anthony was friendly, prompt and a safe driver. I recommend Borst Automotive.

I can’t thank Grag enough for helping me with my Subaru. No one I know has ever.heard of a battery that kills itself if it is placed in a Subaru! They inspected my vehicle for issues it is having. They checked them and thoroughly explained the problems they found. I decided to wait and they understood. No pressure from them and gave me some suggestions. Mike was very helpful. Thank you.

I brought my car in for an oil change. They checked it all out and gave me the inspection results. I'll feel safe bringing my car here. They're very thorough. I took my car in to have it serviced. They did an excellent job, and once again they gave me the inspection results. I take my car here for every service. They're very thorough.

Borst Automotive helped me in a pinch to get my car running in a very quick turnaround. They are the friendliest group of people who will help in any way.
