I was in a minor accident and was referred to this company, and I’ll definitely be coming back! The overall service was incredible. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. I received updates once, sometimes twice, a week, and they worked seamlessly with my insurance. Thank you to the entire team for your hard work and for providing such an excellent experience! It’s not easy to find top-notch service, but everyone I interacted with here was exceptional and truly on top of their job.

I recommend Bosch Auto Service for anyone needing auto repairs. Very professional they answer all your questions check your vehicle from top to bottom. Jackie is very helpful has never left me with no questions unanswered very polite and professional as well , I rate them with 5 stars definitely ! They provide pictures regarding any repair that needs service in your vehicle . Daniel is outstanding very helpful excellent in customer service and communicating with his clients. I trust this shop and company with my vehicle 100% !

I cannot say enough great things regarding my experience with Bosch! From my initial phone call until I picked up my vehicle after service, they were SO kind, genuine and willing to help. I called Saturday morning on Labor Day weekend, and they were able to get me in ASAP to figure out what was going on with my vehicle. They were closed on Sunday/Monday for holiday. Dropped my car off Tuesday afternoon and it was finished on Wednesday! Daniel, Junior, and Jaqueline were amazing. 100% recommend!!!

We took our truck for an oil change and tire rotation. Oil change was fine, however there were hand prints left on our headliner, plastic interior by windshield as well as 3 exterior doors. When the tires were rotated, they were left unbalanced. Also the alignment is now off so our vehicle now shakes with the steering wheel tilted. My husband brought the vehicle back and before looking at it, a representative advised our tires were probably bad (they are not) and that a tire balance would be an additional $130. (Not even recognizing the misalignment). This was after we left a 5-star review, before the vehicle was driven. Unfortunately, we will not return to this location or any other Bosch establishment.
