I wouldn’t even rate them 1 star!! Horrible place to do any business with. They will cut your parts off(WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION OR ADVISING YOU) your vehicles and keep them to make money off them. Don’t even give you back all your original parts they took off either. They won’t own up to the mistakes of their “professional technicians”. Can’t even communicate with them without them hanging up the phone on you. What happened to “YOU, the customer, are our TOP PRIORITY”? Bunch of idiots should be working at Mcdonald’s instead of peoples vehicles and overcharging them. 🤦‍♀️

WILL NOT OWN THEIR MISTAKES. Surveillance is NOT "better than Quiktrip's" surveillance as the manager insisted. I was told my rim was damaged when I brought it in, although I physically carried it inside to drop it off and the dent that was supposedly there prior was difficult to miss. I had too much interaction that morning with the rim and valve stem for it to be as damaged as it was when they showed me in the work bay. The paint on the inside of the rim was damaged, dented and indicated metel on metal strike. They claimed I must have hit something in the road. I told them likely from mishandling on the machine when the tech put the pneumatic device back to its start. The surveillance system is grainy and missing data from when the tire and rim was handled. Service center down the road confirmed it was likely from the mechanical tire changer, they admitted that kind of mistake happens from time to time when a rim is improperly aligned on the machine.

Had upper and lower ball joints put on my truck and got it aligned. Done in a timely manner and to expectations. Drives straight as an arrow. Would recommend especially if you have a lifted truck with oversized tires.

I Give bosley's 5 out of 5.They do a great job 100%. Front end alignments and Rurian alignments. Plus If you buy tires somewhere else, they don't care, They will go ahead and serve you and do a great job for you. They care about their customers. 🙂👍

Pretty much got talked to like trash. I understand they close at 4 pm but here it is 345 pm and I'm calling with a nail in my tire and the guy straight up told me my flat tire didn't matter... "well we're booked up for the day and we can't touch it" literally would have paid double to have it fix even before closing, he hung up on me twice, second time I called back he hung up on me after I asked for a manager. I'll never do business with these people. If your going to hire help like that answering your phones then I guess that's on you. 👍👌 You can keep your trash business Soto tire shop took my business kindly.

had a Tesla wheel and tire that needed replaced Bosley unfortunately didn’t have one, but I found one on marketplace. I brought it in and they swapped my wheel. Cheapest prices ! Both Cornell and Elijah were a great assist with getting the service done. These guys were great definitely recommend Bosley tire pros if I ever need any service done this is where I return.

Don't go to bosley Wichita. They are con artists! Told two different prices for an alignment due to the fact that I replaced parts... Regardless if I replaced parts or not, alignments should cost the same. I knew I'd regret calling you. 109.00 to 139.00 I will never go to you or call again! Hopefully this reaches more people. What a joke! You lost 109.00 which is high, due to greed. Was a toe and go (I replaced my tie rod end). Takes ten minutes to finish...

⚠️ TERRIBLE SERVICE ⚠️ I took my car in for a simple alignment and it is a lowered/ modified vehicle. I was told they could complete the job and have experience working with lowered cars by the Bosley team. When I recieved my vehicle the locking bolts were not securely fasten, my alignment is now off. When contacting the Bosley team about the issue they told me there's no warranty on modified vehicles, but the job wasn't completed in the first place. After asking to speak to the manager multiple times and even talking to him once I recieved being hung up on, and left on hold for a substantial amount of time. Bosley team refuse to co-operate and give the proper service that was payed for. What a waste of $300 Not trust worthy guys, honestly feel scammed, will not be coming back and will be sure to tell automotive community especially the modified side to not bring their vehicles here.

If you're going to Bosley tires to get a professional alignment do not do it they have terrible customer service the guy behind the corner was very unexperienced at his job. I do not recommend Bosley Tire Pros.

Bosleys on Broadway in Wichita Ks, are very nice people. It’s my new tire store for sure. Very good customer service from all of them and because of that I would definitely recommend. They do great work!!

From the time of call I felt like the deal I was after was something I had to request. Was offered the most expensive tire first and then the median range one. Having had a tire replaced here before, I knew there was another tire, slightly less expensive that was all weather and thought it was 35k miles, it’s actually 45k. Had the tire replaced after being told my old tire was no repairable. Came to get my car, paid and was ready to move on. My car wouldn’t start. Went inside and was told to speak to Elijah. Asked him if I could get help and was immediately told my battery needed replaced. My car has never had an issue starting. So, to me, this was an armchair diagnoses to push further sales. I told him it didn’t and he said he would send someone out. After going to my car to try and start it again, it popped up “check brake fuse” which has never happened. I went back inside and waited. Elijah, helped another customer and then didn’t seem to take any initiative to get me out. I went up and asked if we could sort out my car. To which I was told again, it needed a new battery. Getting irritated myself I copped an attitude towards him because I knew this wasn’t the case. We exchanged words, to which I know I didn’t help in the situation but he was not doing anything remotely acceptable to help his customer get out. Wanted to focus blame on “coincidence” that it didn’t start. Which being in a trade, I very well know this not to be the case and understand everything happens for a reason. He told me to take my car elsewhere to have it fixed and told me to figure it out cause he didn’t care. After the words exchanged he did grab a handheld jumper that showed my battery life at 90% and it started. Now, had he accepted responsibility from the beginning instead of passing blame, we would be fine. But as a mechanic who I trusted with my vehicle, he wanted to blame the problem on my vehicle. What if someone who doesn’t know anything and just trusted this man came in? He would’ve sold them a new battery and they would’ve been none the wiser. I’m ashamed you wouldn’t go out of your way to correct the problem instead of jumping to conclusions and will pass this along to every company and person I know not to come here for fear of being over sold. Update: Elijah did call and we both got to apologize for the interaction. Did offer compensation but didn’t accept. The offer was very kind though. We both took away from the exchange.
